As a daughter of two wonderful people I want the very best for my parents. Having caretakers who are kind, compassionate, and genuinely care for them provides me comfort and peace of mind; knowing they are in good hands when I cannot be there. I not only applaud our caretakers, but the office staff who work diligently to provide the services we need.

If I could give zero stars I would - terrible terrible terrible - took the deposit of 2500 to care for my mother at home - never heard anything for almost a week - I had to call numerous times to find out what was going on - I’m a nurse for over 20 years and never experienced such poor health care management- sent 1 person who is a companion- I specifically stated I needed someone to help with ADLS not a companion who actually sat and took food off my fathers plate and ate it !! finally I reached a manager still had no coverage after giving second chance - finally said enough then had to FIGHT to get all my moms money back - they keep a portion as non refundable- I had to fight and threaten legal action to get it all back - horrible communication no staff to cover needs - of course was told there was upon signing - horrible - I do not recommend if u want ur loved one cared for at home this is NOT a the company !
