Booked this hotel for the weekend and used my credit card. I didn’t have a physical copy of the card I used only the virtual card on my phone. I called before we even left to make sure that this was going to be okay, I spoke to Rachel who verified for me multiple times that a virtual card along with my ID would be okay. They would not accept my virtual card at check in. So even though I paid for 3 nights there I couldn’t check in or even cancel it.

We stayed 2 nights and everything was really nice rooms, good breakfast, very, very friendly staff. Everyone was very accommodating to our needs. Thank y’all for everything. God Bless.

I have stayed here several times. It is always consistent!
Everyone here is extremely nice.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always delicious.
And, I feel it is located in a convenient area. There are several gas stations, grocery stores and little shops near by.
There are several things to do not far from Batesville in every direction if you do your research.
I'm 100% satisfied here every time!

The lady at the check-in desk was awful she shouldn't work customer service and has no respect for people what so ever, the room was nice, but that just ruined the whole experience, honestly and no record of me because my husband rented the room

We stayed here during the Topless 100 race at Batesville Motor Speedway. Ozzy was very friendly and nice at check-in and got us to our room quickly. The room was good sized and the bed was super comfortable. The room was very clean. No problems at all and would definitely stay here again.

We were a little nervous because of some negative reviews but it ended up being the best stay of our trip.
