Needs to buy newer buses that are more comfortable and that have plugs to charge your cell phones.
The drivers are very experienced and friendly they know there passengers by name and deserve better pay.the hotels should give them rooms to rest.

Driver was so rude, I politely requested he lower the music it was too loud, because the only speaker working is located over the seat I was sitting in. He refused, saying it was for everyone on the bus and he could not lower it. I explained I only needed it lowered not turned off. I was stuck under that noise for the whole trip.
