We used Coqui Travel Plus for our delayed honeymoon - since we got married in May and wanted to travel in Winter. We had plenty of time to go over many different options of rooms and resorts and finally decided on Sandals in Saint Lucia. We had a surprise honeymoon package honored for us & waiting in the room when we arrived. Delhaila checked in with us multiple times but our trip was smooth sailing and we loved it so much that we booked 2 more & have Coqui Travel Plus helping us again! We are happy that we can send ideas for our trips in the winter and ask for different options for lengths, travel dates, etc and not have to worry at all- just show up!

This was our first trip using a Travel Agency, and we chose to due to it being our first time leaving the U.S. states. I'd booked a couple previous trips myself on direct websites; once a package on Expedia. Both live and learn experiences. This trip, however, we selected an adult all-inclusive in the Virgin Islands, and we traveled with another couple. To our dismay, the resort was not what was advertised. Upon return, we shared with our agent our disappointment in the Resort and shared pictures. She immediately addressed them with the resort which resulted in a modest refund. There was no expectation of any compensation, we just wanted the agent to know so if anyone else was interested in the same location, she could advise accordingly. Our agent was reasonably available and answered questions we had prior to and during trip when they came up (flight itenaries/ baggage costs). We would have liked to of known in advance the destination we selected was less than what was advertised, but are appreciative of actions taken by Coqui once informed.
