Beautiful space, and great restaurant, but they did not allow a late checkout, even on the Sunday the clocks moved forward! And, the checkout was early (11 am) to begin with! Because of the time change the clock in the room said we had an hour to checkout, when actually our time was up. And, the cleaning staff was very aggressive about knocking on the door the exact minute of checkout. We had a great time until the aggressive checkout experience. I was also a little out off by the plastic cups. This hotel is too nice for plastic!

Booked for a business trip. Nice, historic hotel. Clean and modern rooms. Super nice bathroom, bed was very comfortable. Staff was attentive and polite. Off-street location is quiet. I'll stay again if in town.

This hotel is off to a good start. I travel a lot for work and personal and have an upcoming work trip to Lancaster. I was a late add on to our team for this conference and after calling Marriott and getting a less than helpful associate at the front desk despite room available, I called Cork Factory and had the pleasure of speaking with Rosetta. She was super helpful, did her job, went out of her way to make sure I was able to book and procure a favorable rate for the conference and offered to follow up too. Nice to see customer service is shining at the front desk at this historic hotel! Thank you Rosetta!

Visit the bar and make sure Jennifer is your bartender! Second time staying at this hotel this year and was happy to see a familiar face. This girl can multitask and makes amazing cocktails!

Hotel is beautiful. Food is great. Rooms are specious. Close to downtown.

We visited for a wedding, and the ballroom is gorgeous! Beautiful and ample space for ceremonies, cocktail hour, and dancing. Yet the rooms are quiet and cozy. I love all the warm and rustic tones throughout the building, as well as the history woven in!

Love this hotel! The building and interiors are beautiful and very clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is always very friendly. Great hotel and even better wedding venue!

Nice hotel. If you are staying in Lancaster, stay here. Reasonable rates and the restaurant is great. AC in the room was a little loud. A hook on the wall next to the shower door would have been nice. That way you have somewhere to hang your towel.

My wife and I stayed there last night and although it’s a really cool place, I won’t go back. We checked in extremely late last night and checkout is 11:00am. Although I totally understand and respect that, from a hotel management perspective, you cannot have people lingering, we received a knock on the door exactly as the clock flipped to 11:00am and the man began to open the door. We were almost done getting ready to leave but my wife was not fully dressed and he is opening our door. She explained that we will be out in just a few minutes. Before we got out to the room a few minutes later, we had an incoming call from the front desk. As I mentioned earlier, I totally understand the need to clean rooms and get it ready before the next guest, so you can’t have people lingering there all morning…but this was excessive and entering a guests while they are still in the room isn’t appropriate.
