We live over at Madison Gardens Condominiums and It’s November 13th and we still have no HEAT, not to have Heat and Hot Water ( which it happened a lot of times last winter) with a 2 year old in the house it’s not acceptable. And when you call the office to ask why this is happening they say just go and buy an electric heater and plug it in . We’re paying 500+$ monthly and most likely they’ll raise it again by next year.
This is just ONE of way to many problems with these people.Can’t wait to sell and get out of there.
AND WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE WITH THESE REVIEWS DON’T THINK THAT WE DIDN’T SEE THE OTHER ONES THAT YOU DELETED .

This is by far the WORST property management company you could ever ask for. We owned a condo for 5 years managed by County Management and instantly knew there was something wrong within the first year. They let the common areas fall apart, building deteriorate, landscaping become overgrown and in the winter they sometimes wouldn’t get the snow removed for 2-3 days. On top of it, the HOA fees continued to go up year after year. We ultimately sold a condo that we loved because of how bad it was to deal with them. On top of it, Gary is the most rude, unprofessional and sinister person you can deal with. I’m not sure what he did to remove his prior reviews but they had over 20 1 star reviews all stating the same thing. Avoid using this company at all costs.

I’m a unit owner at one of the Condo facilities that County manages. Last February (2023) I had a water pipe break in my kitchen and flood my unit. I was not home at the time. When I received notice to get home from the Fire Department, I was half of an hour away. When I got home. County was already there. Gary and his entire staff have been there to help from day one. They assisted in putting in my claim. And helped me with the restoration. Not only a restoration, but what is acceptable to me. This allowed me to use my own money to upgrade things that were not covered by the insurance. Getting me back to where I plan to stay. From someone in the Quality profession for over 40 years, I give County an A+ .

They own quite a few complexes, madison gardens I know personally they show ZERO care for the property there AND pick and choose and TOTALLY plays favorites. Property is a dump, they we have a sub lease going on which i don't even know if your allowed to do, @ 240 upstairs with 8, EIGHT people living in it, including 4 on floor in living room and they TAKE UP ALL parking with ALL 7 of their cars. It's not cool, it's NOT right. 2B @ 240 cherry Hill NEEDS to be investigated, not to mention, their literally ALL illegals. So if you want to rent or own and want a PROFESSIONAL management that CARES, doesn't play favorites, would NEVER allow 8 illegals under one roof sub leasing and literally zero parking for people tgats lived there for years, then please steer clear of this management. Not to mention tgey just had the BIGGEST increase in history of the place from $350 TO $505 in ONE shot, for common fees, disgusting. And the "new" members of board if any yet are doing jack, not to mention whoever the senile senior citizen is that answers the phone for your company is OVERLY RUDE, and she NEEDS to learn shell get the SAME respect to her that she gives, which is notuch, care less that your older, your not more entitled than me to be professional. FIX THIS. O yeah, NOT also to mention they ALLOW cars to park behind buildings blocking walk pathways in the back when people with Parkinson's are having trouble walking on because their to scared to touch their car if he has trouble. Disgusting.

Because of County Management Services' poor planning, and lack of management skills, my building has no heat this Christmas.

When I spoke with someone on the phone he was incredibly rude, and sounded almost giddy in telling me there was nothing illegal about this. It was as if he was trying to contain a laugh, and when I raised my voice in frustration he attempted to threaten me, shouting, “You better not yell at me! You don’t know who you’re yelling at!”

He also seemed to have spent far more time coming up with excuses than putting in any actual effort to fix the situation. His vibe was – someone said it couldn’t be fixed, and that was all he needed to hear to give up, and go on about his day.

Very disappointing, as just a handful of years ago this company went above and beyond to help people. Those times are definitely in the rear-view mirror.
