I absolutely adore Courtney and can not recommend her enough! She made our whole wedding planning experience go smoothly and orchestrated the day of details perfectly. We were a Covid couple that had to postpone our wedding and Courtney took the stress off by contacting all the vendors and organizing our new date details. When wedding day came, she was at both our venues to make sure both the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. She made sure the wedding party got down the aisle, decorated, created tablescapes, directed vendors, and at the end of the night helped to make sure everything was clean and organized for the next day (which was literally so amazing - no one wants to clean up on their wedding night).
If you are looking for an event planner who can make your day go as smoothly as possible and who is there for you every step of the way, then Courtney is your lady!

Courtney is an amazing wedding planner and I’m SO thankful I had her on my team! When I stumbled across Courtney’s work I knew she would be able to bring the vision I had for my wedding to life. She was able to take my ideas and make recommendations to me on what to buy/rent and how we could set things up. She was mindful of our budget with all of her recommendations. The day before our wedding there was rain forecasted and she calmly worked with us to figure out our plan and to give her recommendations on what we could do. The day of our wedding it rained most of the time Courtney and her team were setting up, but they didn’t let the weather slow them down from making sure everything was ready to go. She coordinated with all of my vendors and worked with them to make my wedding seamlessly come together. Courtney went way above my expectations and I was in awe of how everything looked and went on my wedding day. Not only is Courtney an incredible wedding planner, she’s also such a kind and thoughtful person who truly cares about you. Hugs from Courtney are always the best because she hugs you like she means it!

Courtney Cyr & her team are an absolute dream to work with! They worked our Rist Canyon Inn wedding this September and the day could not have been more amazing! her & her team are all creatively talented, have an incredible eye for design & attention to detail. One of the girls in her team made a Welcome sign on a chalkboard for us last minute that was fabulous! From making sure all the final changes on our rental orders were correct in the weeks leading up to the wedding to keeping the wedding party on track for ceremony time, Courtney was there, with a reassuring smile on her face & beautiful aura of love! She is an experienced planner and anticipated needs before they happened. She made sure the day went forward without a hitch. As two people getting married, who have also worked in the wedding industry for years, we can’t recommend hiring a planner with such a lovely personality & true professionalism enough. To other couples getting married: hiring a planner will be one of the best decisions & gifts you can give yourselves for your wedding day! Courtney eases through last minute & unanticipated changes seamlessly and gave us peace of mind during a emotional day! She truly made our wedding day best day ever! ♥️

Not only is Courtney an amazing person, but she is also an extremely talented wedding coordinator and event planner. I have loved her work for YEARS and was so excited to work with her when we got engaged.  Courtney rode the wave of a COVID -19 wedding with grace and optimism, which was exactly what we needed during this time of uncertainty.

With the lows of planning a wedding during a pandemic, the high was definitely our wedding day as it went ABSOLUTELY PERFECT thanks to Courtney. Not only did everything go so smooth, but the tablescapes were also a dream, all Courtney. Our (25) guests were even raving about how magical the evening was.  It was an absolute fairytale wedding and we couldn't have pulled it off without Courtney.

We would highly recommend Courtney any day!!!

We hired Courtney to coordinate our wedding this past July and I can honestly say we couldn’t have done it without her! About a week before our outdoor wedding, the forecast started to predict heavy rain. Courtney removed all the stress that this may have caused—she walked me through a plan for handling the inclement weather and contacted all the vendors to coordinate a new layout for our wedding to keep the guest dry and happy. On our wedding day, Courtney took care of every detail, all the while stomping through the mud, the rain, and the gloom. She transformed the rainy day into a cozy, perfectly orchestrated event that left no room for worries.

Courtney was easy to work with, she went above and beyond to make everything happen for us on our special day. She met with me to develop the overall vision and design for our wedding. And then followed through with those designs, creating and setting up beautiful tablescapes, a gorgeous floral arrangement for our alter, and lighting an abundance of candles. I cannot recommend Courtney enough!

Our wedding day was wonderful, if I could change anything it would be one thing it would be using a different coordinator. I loved all of the vendors we worked with but unfortunately I would not recommend using this team. I have gone back and forth on writing this review as Courtney and her team were very kind. However, they did not do a good job.

Our wedding reception had open seating for guests and three tables reserved for family- we were very clear that the tables for family would be right in front of us at the head table and even worked with the caterers to make a diagram. I printed out the diagram and had name tags made for each family member, however when we got to the reception dinner we saw that our family was in the very back, apparently my husbands grandmother who is wheelchair bound had to walk to her seat because it was so far in the back- and not at all what we planned. Some of our family couldn't properly see our first dance meanwhile the open seating right in front of us was filled with coworkers.

Another disappointing thing is my grandmothers ring was tied to my bouquet, it was brought up over and over that this was special- as she passed when I was little. The ring was to be tied on before the ceremony and we would take a few pictures and after the ceremony to be taken off by coordinators and returned to my mom. My bouquet was thrown out at the end of the night with my grandmothers ring attached- luckily my MOH saw this and told the coordinators I wanted to keep my bouquet (which they said no she didn't, even though I did) and she (my MOH) dug into the garbage and got it to preserve for me.

During the ceremony walk-though Courtney let one of her assistants handle leading us. I was in the back and talking to the venue coordinator so I wasn't paying attention but I was surprised when I saw our photographer, videographer, and one groomsmen taking over as there was no direction on how everyone was entering etc. I was told by my photographer that this wasn't normal and I would have to tell her if I needed her to step in on the wedding day if stuff wasn't getting done. My mom decided to nicely ask Courtney if tomorrow, on the wedding day, if she could please take the lead as she had more experience, she graciously agreed.

Another upsetting detail was during the reception my husband and I were going around trying to say hi to our guests, we had three more tables left when Courtney came up and asked me about cake cutting- I told her I wanted to push the timeline back a bit so we could finish greeting our guests, our photographer agreed. 3 minutes later when we had 2 tables left she has the band announce cake cutting and when that is being done the staff moves all the tables to make a dance floor (because of the rain we had to have the dance floor in the tent). So we never got to say hi to all of our guests- there were 2 tables we never visited- that is 20 people. There was someone I wasn't even sure she came and we hung out with her two months after the wedding and it was so embarrassing that we didn't know she was there and never said hi to her. It is frustrating that we couldn't have a extra ten minutes to greet our guests, even after we told her we needed it.

On a positive side she did do a great job setting out our decor on tables alongside the florist. The tables were picture perfect and I loved them! I included some pictures of our tables.

We did get feedback from almost all of our wedding party that our coordinators were terrible and how even they noticed. I will say Courtney was starting the beginning of her pregnancy during our wedding so maybe it was a factor but I felt very let down by the work they did and how things got messed up when we did not have a large list of things they needed to do. I was told by her that I was the most organized bride she ever worked with and I did so much in terms of organization that I made her job easy, which made all the mistakes on the day of feel even worse.

Courtney and her team did an incredible job Day-of-coordinating for my wedding. When I was looking for candidate I wanted someone who knew what they were doing and would be on top of things so my mother, my mother-in-law, and I didn't have to lift a finger the day of the wedding. Not only that, but I wouldn't have to worry about things being done in my taste, bc I am VERY particular. Design-wise Courtney took charge of the creative things, found someone to make wedding signage, constantly asked what else she could do, what she could pick up in advance, was extremely organized, and already had style very similar to mine- all of these qualities helped calmed my nerves for the big day. She perfectly arranged all my decorations I had spent months envisioning and more things I hadn't even thought about. She coordinated the day flawlessly, with a smile on her face, AND calmly, which is extremely important. I would highly recommend her for any event, whether it's coordinating, design, or both, she can handle it all.

I cannot say enough about the service we received from Courtney!! From the beginning she was amazing then two months before My son and daughter inlaw’s wedding covid hit and if it were not for the help of Courtney we would have been panicked! She took over and when we made the decision to reschedule for June of 2021 she handled EVERYTHING! She contacted all vendors and rescheduled us figured out all of the financials, being that we had already payed deposits and payments. And with all that never ask for more money for all the extra year king planning she did she honored her contract even though it was way more then the original agreement she literally saved us!! Now on to the event the ceremony was in red feather and the reception was at our home the same day! She managed both and made the day Perfect! It was at our home and Courtney and her crew did everything we just got to enjoy our sons wedding! Thank you Courtney for making the day perfect!
