Fantastic place to stay! And great business meeting room!
The hotel is very nice and super clean. It is a modern up-to-date hotel with all your amenities.
The business meeting room is very nice with everything you need for a great meeting .
I dealt with Joline at the front desk , and a Manager named Carmi .
There were two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Very helpful and very professional, any business should be proud to have these people on their staff.
Highly recommend staying at this hotel when you’re in the area and want a safe nice place to stay.

Really love the friendly staff here. Rooms very spacious and nice. My TV in the room was not working as we're a few other guests. Called desk and they were going to reset but have not as of yet. (3 hours later) but really like this place and highly recommend

Booked a room here to visit some friends in the area. The hotel was very clean! I loved the lounge as well. There is a small pool that looked very inviting but we didn’t have time to enjoy. The gym has a few machines to utilize. They don’t do the free breakfast here however you can purchase breakfast. There is also a fully stocked bar. Our room was nice and clean! No issues at all.

This was the best Courtyard property I've ever stayed in. It's a relatively new property (I think about a year old), but it was a solid hotel. I didn't grab any pictures, but I highly recommend this property as of today. There are lots of restaurants in the area and other commercial properties.

Watch out for your shins when walking around the beds, though. The bed frame kind of sticks out.

What a great overnight stay! I requested a first floor because I’m traveling with my dog. They gave me a first floor room right by the back door. Very convenient for taking the dog in and out. My room was absolutely spotless. This is a newer property and decorated very tastefully. Very comfortable bed and room darkening curtains. Plenty of towels. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I arrived before my room was ready due to the hotel being totally booked up. Not a problem. They had me in there very quickly. It was great being able to get Starbucks coffee in the morning, the young man who waited on me was very accommodating. I will definitely return here. It was a pleasure. Oh, and I did receive a call that I left my pad and my reading glasses in the room. Thank you for your honesty. It would be great to get them back.

Stayed here twice. Once on the way out west (April 2024) and again on the return trip (May 2024).

Good size rooms. Newer hotel. We did not eat at the restaurant but the food we saw looked good.

Their is a smell in the hallways which may be the type of cleaning product they use (initially thought it was off gassing from the carpet but it was still present three weeks later). Fortunately, that smell is not detectable in the guest rooms.

If you are new to the area (as we were), it's a little difficult getting to the hotel from the interstate due to the traffic circles (two of them close together). Stay in the outside lanes and google maps will be your best friend for that mile or two. When leaving the hotel, it's best to cut through the shopping center across the street as this puts you back into the proper position for the traffic circle to head back to the interstate.

We will stay here again.

The Courtyard Conway is a newer hotel, the rooms are nice and contemporary. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a pet-friendly hotel, it also has a workout room, indoor pool and free laundry room for the guests.

We booked at Courtyard Marriott Conway due to its closeness to Conway Baptist. Mom was med-flighted there in critical care and we wanted to be close by the hospital. Unfortunately after we arrived at the hospital this morning mom passed away. We called at 10:39 am to cancel. The lady was very cold once we told her what happened and she said policy is policy and charged our credit card. We spent $150+ with no need for a room. We had just lost mom. We needed to get home. Very cold policy since there was a death. I will no longer be using Marriotts. No compassion and poor customer service!
