I had the pleasure of meeting Maya during my stay at the Marriott, and I can honestly say that she made the beginning of my trip truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, her warm welcome and genuine kindness set the tone for my entire experience.
I believe the Marriott is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Maya on their team. Her professionalism and helpfulness were exceptional, and she went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met.
I highly recommend this hotel not only for its great accommodations but also for the outstanding staff that makes your stay memorable!

Construction outside. Limited good access parking. Crowded! Especially at the pool and hot tub until the morning. The rooms were nice and clean. Disappointed in no breakfast or even free coffee downstairs. Starbucks coffee was $7. Crazy! Very pleasant staff

The staff is more friendly and supportive and helpful than many of the Forbes 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms have all the basic requirements I need for a good stay. Comfortable bed. Hangers in the closet (you’d be surprised) a function hair dryer. A good and easy to use AC/heat and good water pressure in the shower. It not often everyone of those is checked off.

The staff is amazing, Maya was the only name that I remember from the front desk. When I had to extend my stay they were quick to help me change my reservations and continue my stay. The room was great and even though it faced the highway, it was quiet. I highly recommend this hotel for any of the business travelers for anyone who would like a wonderful place to stay.

The staff here are beyond exceptional. At every turn, they made our stay wonderful. We lost our home to a fire, but they made us feel right at home. I can't recommend them enough.

I unfortunately made a reservation for Wingate in Mechanicsburg for a family, close getaway. Wingate called me same day as my check in to let me know of their new policy that if you live within 30, you can't stay. Disgruntled and having to change up plans a little bit last second, I reminded myself everything happens for a reason and hopefully it's a blessing in disguise. It was. I ended up going with Courtyard, mainly for the pool and hot tub. The pool, hot tub and room did not disappoint and was exactly what was needed for the weekend. An added bonus was the very friendly, devoted, hardworking employee, Maya. Her presence (and customer service, especially after what I encountered from the other hotel earlier) was very refreshing. Courtyard is lucky to have her. Thank you for the wonderful, relaxing, much needed stay.

In the last week, I’ve been around to a couple of hotels trying to find the perfect fit for my important guest coming from across seas. I have been wanting to see the rooms in person and look around the hotel myself to be able to pick the best one when I arrived at this location. They refused to show me the room with no further explanation other than the GM assistant said no. This was a huge red flag for me so I decided not to book the hotel.

From the time of arrival to the time I departed the staff at this Hotel clearly understands the true meaning of Customer Service. I arrived at the Hotel at 2 AM. Matt G had already prepped everything for my arrival and made the transition from traveling 32 hours from South East Asia to this location impeccable. It was then followed by morning Tea every day there after even though cafe was not open. 5 Star customer Service through and through. A very clean and well maintained hotel.
