Pros: Service was great and the room was quiet. Full service food morning and night. A fireplace! I also appreciated having a microwave, a fridge AND this type of coffee machine.

Shower was super spacious and water pressure and heat were comfy. Someone was available super early when I checked out.

Cons: scented products in the bathroom so I didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner I could use. The trash didn’t have liners. Most every lamp had these very thin metal switches that hurt my fingers to try to turn off and on. Lastly, the curtains didn’t close all the way, and I was on the first floor with parking right next to my window (I stacked pillows in the crack and tied it with a hair tie for the night).

Nice hotel, right off highway. The room was spacious and clean, bed was ok. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Nice big breakfast area and rooms for private events. Pool looked nice but i did not get chance to use it. My only concern was the smell of smoking on 2nd and 3rd floors in room and hallways.
Starbucks and Burger king across from there, Chilies in same parking lot, but so many things close by!

Rooms are extremely out dated on the third floor. Our shower faucet was broken and detached from the wall and got whiffs of what smelled like sewage every time you turned the water on. The event was great. The food was excellent. But the rooms!

The staff absolutely went above and beyond while we were there. They were having server issues so the computers were down. Despite that the front desk attendant guided us through the process of checking in and making sure they had all of the information they needed. They were so kind in making recommendations for local restaurants.

Stayed with my son. Pool was locked no signs no idea why it was closed. Brought our bathing suits.

Room was nice and clean. Heat worked well.

Paying for room without breakfast seemed motelish.

Stay was nice. Go to bagel place nearby. Parking was tricky in the evening. Found a spot in the back.

We were here for a funeral and the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet.
George is an above and beyond employee and a great person! He was helping with the banquets, and then worked at the bar. He was even staying there over night when his shift ended around midnight so he could start back again at 7am to cover so they weren't short staffed! Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I visited my cousin and his wife, who were in town and staying in this hotel. The environment was nice. Staff were okay. I did not like the way the staff looked at me upon me entering and asking a question. Since my cousin always frequents this hotel whenever he comes to town, it must be a pretty decent spot, so I have no other comments.

The hotel was fine (pretty standard) except for the fact that I discovered I had bedbug bites all over my body upon waking up. When I tried contacting the hotel to report it and ask for assistance/a refund, they completely dismissed me and asked me to contact corporate. I did - to no avail. Just want to give fair warning to future potential guests that this could happen to you (this is my first time).
