My husband and I stayed for two nights at this Marriott as a weekend getaway. I would like to commend the front desk clerk for being so helpful. She moved us to another room upon checking in due to a wedding party being in the hotel later that evening. She knew we needed peace and quiet. The staff at this hotel was very friendly and made you feel welcome. Having lived in Pittsburgh and returned for a brief stay it is nice to see the people are still the same! That is hard to find in today's society.
The room was very nice and clean. The beds and pillows are not up to other Marriott's I have stayed in. The lobby is very inviting with the fireplace and the lounge area. It is a nice place to stay and I would love to come back. All shopping and eating is very convenient. Great job to the staff!! Keep up the good work!

Very dissatisfying experience. I selected this hotel based on the shuttle. It said that it was available upon request and when I got there was told it started at 4, that that shuttle was full and that they wouldn’t compensate an uber. I was stuck. I had to pay $40 and they didn’t offer points or anything. Then I went to take a shower and the conditioner was out. Very frustrating and dissatisfied. Please call ahead and make sure they have availability since the website is not right. And they won’t budge. They need to update the website and make sure the shower stuff is full.

I have been a Marriott Bonvoy member for decades and been to their hotels all across the country. I spent three days here and I have never been to a Marriott hotel that was so useless and "not" people friendly. First of all, I've never had to pay $10 a day to park in the parking lot. The lady at the front desk said " You have to pay to park in our lot". In my room is 3 free packs of free coffee for the coffee maker. I don't drink coffee. I called down to the front desk as they don't have Tea bags in the room. I was told I could pick up a teabag at the bistro but I would have to pay for it. My check in was so difficult, I almost walked out but I had points involved. Don't stay here. They don't care about their guests.

Close to airport! Best part of the place! Place could use some renovations. Not bad for a 1 night stay! Sadly there were kids running the hall at night and being noisy. Bring your own pillows! Room was a nice size with 2 beds and a pullout coach. Overlooked the courtyard. Recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper or don’t like noises throughout the night. Free breakfast that we didn’t use cause our flight was too early.

I stayed here for the Thanksgiving Holiday with my family of 4 and we absolutely loved our stay here. Let me start by saying that I read the reviews on here and was slightly worried that the hotel was going to be a loud mess with a mixed shuttle and meager staff. We saw absolutely none of those things. As a matter of fact, we LOVED the staff and they did a great job of treating us like family while we were there. As a Titanium Convoy member, we were able to get upgraded to a two room suite, which provided the perfect amount of space that we needed for a family of 4.||The Staff was ALL exceptional. This hotel was also magnificently staffed with an appropriate amount of staff for the size of the hotel; and everyone was nice. One of the shuttle drivers was even nice enough to offer our kiddos a cupcake. It's the little things like this that make a hotel and their staff "next level" compared to other properties. ||The parking was ample and the housekeeping came daily. Yes, daily. In a post-COVID era where hotels are cutting corners, this one is not. Also, some other reviewers seem to have mentioned that the hotel has contacted with Charlie Brown's for airport shuttle transportation, but this seems to have been changed as the hotel has two brand-new shuttles and drivers that they've been using to transport guests to/from the airport. The rooms themselves are sufficient. This hotel is not new in the slightest, but they're doing a great job of trying to keep it in good condition. One thing we did have an issue with was keeping the room warm enough since the wall mounted unit worked sporadically.||Overall, we really liked our stay here and at $116/night, we felt that this was fair. Breakfast in the morning is offered at the cafe in the lobby for some pretty astronomical prices. We got a $10/day Food and Beverage credit that covered the cost of a bagel with cream cheese and coffee, but that's about it. Considering everything about our stay, the staff really made our stay. We would happily stay here again in the future. There are a slew of Hilton/IHG/Marriott Properties in this area, but we actually think this one is our new favorite. Without any doubt, we will be back.

Was in the location for business. Great location. Employees were nice, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very nice. Hotel was very nice inside and I didn't even get to see all they had to offer, but I loved the big fireplace in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

Do not stay here! There are nooo queen beds at this hotel. We paid for a 2 queen room and received a room with doubles. When I enquired at the desk that there must be a mistake, I was told all the rooms have kings or doubles. The pillows are single size pillows so they give you three, there was a dirty old sock in the pullout mattress that I wouldn’t let my dog sleep on. Worst Marriott ever. Should not even have the Marriott name - feels like an old motel 6.

We were not met with any friendly staff at the hotel from the get-go. Upon arrival, we were told that we could not get free parking during our vacation as promised (because we had mistakenly booked through expedia--we got the phone number from the Marriott website, the phone operator identified himself as Marriott Courtyard--no mention of expedia--we will be dealing with expedia about that. Expedia has no record that we booked through them even with the confirmation that was given). From that moment on, the staff was standoffish and curt. We stayed anyway because we were preparing for a long trip and needed sleep. We also had to pay the upcharge for parking because of this issue

When we arrived back after our cross-country travel, we checked in (the clerk never took his earbuds out and barely glanced at us). When we got to our room, we discovered that it was an unnecessary handicap room, it smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and there was NO RUNNING WATER. We went to the front desk to ask for a different room (most of the parking lot was empty) and were told that it was the last available room and there would not be water for at least three more hours in the entire building. When we asked for hand sanitizer, the clerk very reluctantly allowed us to have a squirt of his, but did not not offer to allow us anything to wash up with after using the restroom. He said that he hadn't know about the water problem until he got to work that night but still failed to mention it when we checked in. He acted like we were a huge inconvenience for him. We returned to the room to call in a complaint to Marriott before trying to get much needed sleep. As we were on the phone with a representative, we noticed that the linens were dirty, and the smell in the room was still musty and gross. We were told that Marriott would be sending us an email and contacting us via phone in the next 24 hours. We never received that and was denied a reimbursement for leaving due to NO WATER!!!

After over 12 hours of travel, and less than one hour in the hotel, we left.
HOW CAN THEY OPERATE WITH NO RUNNING WATER IN THE HOTEL WITHOUT NOTIFACTION AS SUCH WHEN WE CHECKED IN!
