The front desk representatives, including Shanita, and Alexis in the cafe were excellent. They were all professional and friendly and made me and my teenage daughters feel welcome. They all made for a great vibe in the lobby area. We loved the fresh popcorn and cinnamon chip treats and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were particularly comfy. We will definitely return to the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience. Check in was super easy and quick. When we arrived there was fresh popcorn and lemon water for guests. Our room was extremely clean and spacious. The bathroom was newer and upgraded and the bed was very comfortable. We had a few drinks at the bar which was also a very nice experience. The bartender was very attentive and friendly. The best part of our stay was the breakfast we ordered to the room the next morning. Both meals were fresh and delicious and the coffee was the best Starbucks I had ever had before. The staff even delivered the breakfast with a hand written note. Check out was super easy too and the staff at the desk were so friendly. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area and would return again.

I picked this hotel as it was relatively close to where I had a meeting scheduled. The room was all right with the exception of some issues that need to be addressed by maintenance. An extremely noisy HVAC unit and the fitting on the shower handle needed to be fastened. Sharp edges exposed. It’s an older building with thin walls. The bar and restaurant were decent. Breakfast was average for hotel standards.

Best place ever to stay if in the area and need a nice clean room. After a long travel the least you want to do is get to a room and have to inspect to ensure it’s actually clean. Here I checked my bed once and never again the room gives nice clean fresh relaxing. Even the staff are so nice and polite. I enjoy checking in at the front desk and looking forward to see the front office manager shes a very sweet and nice person. Not just her the gentleman there are also nice and professional. Out of the hotels Ive been too i never left a review but this hotel I can broadcast to the world its Amazing I LOVE COMING HERE !!

Good staff and decent hotel for the area.|Attended a convention at the hotel. They were having major issues with the card key system and I think they were under staffed a bit with the hotel being fully booked. But some shining stars were Tay for taking care of the parking and being friendly, and Chuck being an awesome manager, checking in on our event and really caring about our event and how we were doing. Even the guy in the parking garage was a good dude. This is Waterbury, you are t staying in Boca, but for the area it’s a good safe option if you need a place to stay and a good option if visiting the area.

The service was great and check-in was quick and easy. The location is in a rough area though compared to rough cities in other states, it wasn’t too bad. The unfortunate problem is that this hotel is infested with German cockroaches, which is the worst type of cockroach that can be found because of how hard they are to get rid of and how quickly they breed. I found a squished one under one of the pillows when I first arrived to the room, and found several dead ones in the cabinet with the mini fridge. The rooms need to be deep cleaned as well, because I saw somebody’s lost contact lens between the bed and nightstand as I searched the room for bedbugs. The good news is there’s no bedbugs.

I booked a 22 rooms at this hotel the night of my wedding. The experience I was expecting was far from what I thought. To start, the director of sales (Jessica T) was rude and refused to help me with a simple request. Unreal, when you’re planning the biggest day of your life. Next, I was shocked when I arrived to our suite because the room was dirty (bed not made, garbage still in trash, spider webs and towels on the ground in the bathroom). The second suite they gave me had water leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen. The staff at the front desk needs to be retrained they can put people in danger. They advised my sister in law that someone already checked into her room and simply provided her a key without identifying her. When she arrived to the room with her young kids, a stranger answered the door. Not safe at all. The only reason I am giving this place two stars is because of Carlos Moreno in sales. He was extremely friendly, apologetic and accommodating. He was on top of things the whole time and took pride in his job which was very much appreciated.
