This company is scary incompetent! As a 20 year veteran of the IT service industry I have experienced some very good companies and some that make you scratch your head wondering how they even stay in business. This company lands itself DEEP into that latter catagory.
Rude and inept come to mind, as the words best used to describe their Tech support employees. Disorganized, with terribly poor communication this company stumbles aimlessly from service call to service call.
As a previous reviewer stated, you will go through hell to get paid. They are notoriously cheap and nickel and dime you to death. Doesn't matter if it's an hour ticket or a week's worth of project work, you can confidently bet there will be an issue with being paid a wage that reflects your skill set.
Your mileage may vary, but for me and my company we will NOT conduct business with this cluster of a company.

Have done a lot of subcontracted IT work for CPT. 60day payment is a bit longer than some of their competitors, but is disclosed up front, and they usually beat that time.
Never any issues with billing or materials.
Pleasure to work with them every time.
