My husband and I contacted Lisa and her team to assist in planning our honeymoon to Greece. Lisa is an expert in what she does and that was evident from our first call. She educated us deeply on the various islands, best times to travel, and really listened to what we wanted and then presented us with an itinerary. Her entire team was easy to work with, as we went back and forth, changing activities, dates, and perfecting the itinerary.

When it was time to travel, Lisa reached out to us, reviewed everything, and made herself available for the entire duration of the trip. We used an app to keep track of all contacts, plans, dinner reservations, phone numbers. Someone from her team was available 24/7 while we were overseas. It couldn’t have been more organized or any easier.

We honeymooned in Mykonos and Santorini. It was a spectacular experience. Lisa’s team secured our dinner reservations at the most exclusive and popular restaurants, provided us with private transportation which was incredible. We wouldn’t have been able to have a honeymoon like this without her help. I could not recommend enough!!!!

Lisa and her team curated the most beautiful trip to Paris for us. Every detail was perfectly planned, and our expectations were surpassed. Lisa and her team were always available to my daughter and I during the planning process and throughout the trip - even with the time difference. Every tour and experience were top-notch and we will remember this trip for the rest of our lives. We are ready to plan our next experience with Lisa and her team!

I wish that 0 stars were an option, I can't emphasize enough NOT to use this women or poor excuse for a "company."

Lisa is unprofessional, disorganized, and blatantly disrespectful. Our first call seemed promising as we were looking for someone to take control of planning our honeymoon while we were busy planning our wedding, but after she saw that our budget was flexible and started getting our deposits, her entire demeanor and business approach changed. She talked bad about us over email, which one of her employees then replied to us on the thread not realizing we could see the communication. When we approached her about it, she made up a lie about one of her clients being stuck in Europe (this was her excuse multiple times when we had called her out for something she did).

Since she already had THOUSANDS of our dollars, we tried our best to power through. Multiple calls included her being rude, aggressive, and yelling at me and my husband over the phone. There were several calls of her thinking we were going to Europe rather than Hawaii, calling me the wrong name (I have the VM proof), and spelling both mine and my husband's name wrong on reservations and airport pickups. She gave us no guidance on any of the islands or where things were located. Most restaurants and excursion suggestions were over AN HOUR AWAY from our hotel. Only some had transportation, but she didn't bother explaining anything until we asked. The only accommodating thing she did - 4 days before we left and after 6 weeks of pressure - was cover our cost to rent a car that we needed for one excursion and hire someone to drive us to the rest. This was only done because she knew her and her incompetent staff majorly messed up the excursion locations.

For one excursion, her team booked the tour from the wrong airport, when I calmly called to ask her about it she YELLED at me to relax and then hung up the phone. This was 2 hours ON MY BIRTHDAY that we wasted trying to figure out her mess and decide if we needed to rent a car. For another excursion, she attempted to keep our refund when we were unwell and had to cancel. We reached out to her first to help us cancel with the tour guide, where she proceeded to lie to us and say that she spoke to them and they said no refunds. Coincidentally, the tour guide called me 20 minutes later to confirm our pickup, to which he said no one had contacted him and a refund was no problem. That was another hour she wasted of our time on our trip.

There are many other instances where she was rude, lied, and was unhelpful, but we all only have so much time to read. She prides herself on using an app that is your "bible" during the trip. It sounds great in theory, but they don't update it correctly and everything is out of order or incorrect. Lisa advertises herself as a luxury travel service, she is NOT. I can’t emphasize enough how terrible she made our entire experience - STAY AWAY!!!!

0/5 - she should NOT be in business. She does not know how to treat or deal with customers and should not be in the customer service industry. I only wish I had asked around to some of my Long Island friends because apparently this is a trend with the way that she works. Travelers beware.

If I could provide 0 stars I would. DO NOT sign the credit card authorization form for this merchant before you see an itinerary. I spoke with her on the phone, told her my budget and she came in thousands over my budget and this did not even include my flights. After changing half my itinerary, the price was not changing very much. When I realized that she was not willing to work in my budget like she had told me she would, I asked for her to book a portion of my trip so I can reevaluate the rest of my trip. Lisa (the owner) refused to book just a one island trip for me. She told me if she did not book the entire trip she provided me, she was not going to book anything. I do not understand how this company is still in service, the itinerary's they provide are marked up from other travel agencies by THOUSANDS. They take your money and refuse to provide a service for you. When I disputed her charge, she told my credit card company that I decline to use the $500 credit towards another trip. I have multiple emails of proof of my asking Lisa to book another trip for me and she flat out said no in the email. There are so many good and reputable travel agents out there, please do your research. Do not make the mistake I made. Something that was suppose to be an easy and happy process for me turned into a complete nightmare. Learn from my mistake. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Could not have put this wonderful 37 day travel personal tour from Portugal to Spain to Italy and Germany! Very easy travel agent to work with! Lisa was available 24 hours all the way through! Felt very safe and wonderful experience! I totally recommend her and her staff!

Just be aware you need a high budget or else you will lose $500 - as another post explains. I’m sure the trips they plan are great but you’ll pay top dollar - I ended up booking everything myself and came in half of what they quoted me. Sad to take such a high deposit and not work with your clients at all.
