We went by this place to talk to someone about our upcoming vacation. We’ve never used a travel agent, but have heard they can make a big difference with upgrades and such so we wanted to check it out. We walked in and two women were in the office. One woman was on the phone and another was not. We walked in and my wife said hello to the agent who was sitting at a desk, who looked up and never responded. The other agent was on a call so we sat down in the little welcome area and the agent who wasn’t on the phone just acted like we weren’t there at all. So after being ignored for 10-15 minutes we gave up and left. Again, when we told the agent who seemed to be free that we were leaving she again responded by looking at us and not speaking a single word. We will find another travel agency.

I felt racial profile took my credit card info and said had glitch in system and told me to use southwest vacations and I asked for manager and was told I'm very rude,rep was unpleasant to talk to based on she said she had a long day. I will contact BBB, due to taking my card info and canceling my trip with out my knowledge..sad to say I have used them before
