I had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza Burr Ridge! The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The location is great, with easy access to restaurants and shopping.||A highlight of my stay was the exceptional breakfast service. James went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—his friendly attitude and attention to detail made the morning even better. The food was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety to choose from.||Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. With excellent service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning!

Staff was extremely friendly. 5 stars! However, my room had a musty smell and it was in the hallway as well. The time on the alarm clock was off by 6 hours and was unable to reset the time. It rain overnight and when I went to my vehicle in was surrounded by a 2" deep water puddle. Not a great way to start the day. I picked this hotel because of its high rating. In my opinion the physical building did not meet my expectations. Despite some of the negatives, the bed was comfy and I did get a decent night's sleep.

The staff were amazing from before we even arrived. Marsha was wonderful and so friendly on the phone and at check-in. The kitchen staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for better service all-around! There were a few cosmetic issues (trim not all the way on the bathroom door from an update, etc.), and the bathroom was tiny, neither a problem for us. The biggest issue was the overwhelming weed smell coming from some nearby room that we couldn’t seem to clear. Location was very convenient to the highway, but it still felt safe and was an easy 25-minute drive to downtown without traffic. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Pool area was clean and enjoyable, plenty of towels and seats available. Restaurant had a nice variety of options at breakfast. Stayed with my family including two young kids. Our room faced the back of the building and it was very quiet and peaceful at night.

For the past few years I have had the pleasure of staying at The Crowne Plaza SW - Burr Ridge whenever I have been in the area. On every occasion my experience has been superb. The staff is outstanding on every level, my room always neat and clean when I first walk in, and consistently greeted with a warm smile from the front desk whether I am first checking in, or pass by on my way out to a meeting. Maintenance is quite impressive as they are constantly keeping the open areas and halls pristine. The food at the bar/restaurant is consistently fresh and delicious, and the breakfast buffet is a wonderful way to start my day. I would like to give a big shout-out to all the staff, but in particular Karla, Anabel, William, Mark, Jamie and Thomas for their never-ending smiles, welcoming personalities and top-notch professionalism. They are all the most genuine and sincere human beings on the planet!

Jaime the front desk agent was very hospitable and accommodating. He made sure we had everything that we needed. The front desk agent lady who I talked to on the phone was very kind when I called about my late check in. Ethan the young employee was very attentive and accommodating he helped me find the coffee and creamer to start my day and we had a great conversation. The bartender provider excellent service, great suggestions, and even better conversation. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Staff is so polite and friendly. Couldn’t be better! Rooms are cozy and lovely, beds and pillows very cozy. Hotel itself is stunning and clean. Very accommodating. Good location. Property extras made our stay very comfortable and accommodating also, was able to eat dinner which was also exceptional! Breakfast in the morning as well. Beautiful pool too. Nothing but good things to say about the staff and hotel! Thank you!

The space was so roomy and comfortable. My kids had a great time here, they love hotel stays and this was one of their favorite get aways. The staff was friendly Karla at the front desk was very patient and friendly she was helpful. It was a very relaxing stay in a great area. William was very kind and had great service
