I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza! From the moment I arrived, I felt appreciated as a loyal guest—being recognized for my loyalty status was a great touch and set the tone for a pleasant experience. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax after a day of travel.||The hotel’s location is a huge plus—it’s within walking distance to several restaurants, which made dining out simple and stress-free. It’s also conveniently located just a five-minute drive from the cruise port, which was perfect for the next leg of my trip. And getting there from the Long Beach Airport took less than 30 minutes, making it an easy choice for travelers flying in.||Overall, the Crowne Plaza provided a clean, quiet, and welcoming environment. I’d absolutely stay here again before a cruise or any visit to the area. Highly recommend!

Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Older but well kept hotel. The TV setup in the executive suite is kind of funky but works. Love the corner room. Fun view of the harbor area. Not scenic really in the traditional way but interesting to see all the port activity. Great place to stay before a cruise.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which offered great value and friendly staff. There was a minor issue with the restaurant only accepting cash for breakfast, but this was quickly resolved. We were evacuated due to a fire danger, and upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, along with our two pets. The staff was incredibly comforting and accommodating during a stressful time.

The room was spacious and perfect for our family. We booked a two-room junior suite with a door between the rooms, which worked out great. It was an ideal setup for our needs.

The bar staff was excellent, and the happy hour was just what I needed after a long day of evacuation. We will definitely consider returning for a quick weekend getaway.

Overall, the experience was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Would highly recommend!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY! The hotel is so clean and smells good! There is so much to offer like travel information, a bar, and a restaurant. Both the bar and restaurant have a great selection and are fairly priced. The atmosphere is so nice and relaxing. The breakfast buffet had such a great selection of fresh food! I would love to see sliced avocados and berries added to the buffet!
All of the staff was very nice and attentive! Yes we had to pay $20 to park, but it was worth it! Because we are IHG Diamond Elite we were able to eat the breakfast buffet for free!
We will stay again for certain!

We had an incredible stay at the Crowne Plaza in San Pedro, California, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional service we received. Stayed here for their Stay and Sail package. Had a king Jr suite. Room was much larger than it appeared in photos. There was a ton of storage. Furniture was comfortable, but showing its age. Bathroom was a bit of a disappointment as it was a small typical hotel bath. Would have liked a walk in shower. Free breakfast buffet was good. Appreciated being able to leave my vehicle here in underground parking. Shuttle to port was available, but we didn't use it.

I just want to start by letting the entire staff including IHG that this property has an amazing customer service A+. I just want to recognize a gentleman by the name of Juan who was the engineer that came over and took care of my air conditioner that was not working. He came in very professional and cleaned up some line and made it possible to fixed the issue. Also the manager Kevin who is always taking care of any guests that stay at this property. I will continue to stay at this property and continue to recommend friends family and coworkers about it. I just want to say thank you very much for always taking care of me at this property. Amazing customer service!!!! Hope to see you guys soon and thank you again!!!

I was pleased to get an upgrade on what was already a low room rate for the season. The clerk researched the room I had last time and got me in that same upgraded room. I like that the windows opened and we had a good view from a high floor. We used the bar one evening just before 10 PM which was nice. The in and out self parking garage was good and safe for my care. The pool was good and the jacuzzi was clean and hot. All good.
