Our trip to France was amazing. All of Eileen's planning and suggestions were the best. She is very responsive and attentive to detail. The only glitch in the entire trip was missing a train, which was our fault for not double checking the tickets! We will always use Eileen to plan our trips, no matter where we go.

I just returned home from a trip to Europe, visiting Spain, Italy, France and Monte Carlo on a cruise. It was a last minute trip and Eileen had a weekend to put it all together for us. I had an idea as to where I wanted to go and Eileen found the best cruise (with available space) that covered the main cities I wanted to see. She took care of our flights, hotels before and after the cruise, and all the available excursions. Because she had been to most of the cities, she had a personal knowledge of each and guided us to excursions she felt would satisfy what we were most excited to see. In addition, because every day was jammed packed, she tried to anticipate our energy level and rotated each day, between city tours and countryside tours. It worked very well and I’m glad she suggested this. All in all, she anticipated things i didn’t consider which made the trip go smooth. I would not hesitate to use her again.

I had used Eileen for some previous trips (South Africa, Mexico, Caribbean) and wanted to explore South America. I reached out to her to get her advice and help. Since I love nature, she suggested I try Ecuador and a visit to the Amazon and Galapagos Islands. The timetable for this trip was pretty quick so it was a challenge for her to find space for the various properties and boats. I wanted to use miles for my flights which further limited my opportunities. I gave her my parameters and she went to work.
When I arrived is Quito, she knew I would be pretty tired and suggested I stay a day or so there to get through the jet lag. She booked a few excursions (not too exhausting) and I was astounded by the rich culture of the indigenous people I met on these excursions. Completely unexpected.
From there I traveled to an Eco-Resort in the Amazon basin owned by the indigenous people. The huts were all hand built, the food was amazing and best of all, we were able to see so many animals, plants and fish. It was pure nature.
Lastly, I ventured to the Galapagos Islands where I spent 4 nights on a boat traveling from one Island to another. Since these trips book very far in advance, it was not easy to find a small ship experience and Eileen was able to find a last- minute cancellation on a smaller more intimate boat. It was an experience of a lifetime.
My flight back to the states was the evening of the last day in the Galapagos. Eileen thought ahead and suggested I get a hotel room for the day so I could rest, shower and ready myself for the long flights home. What a way to end a perfect trip.
