Hi, this is way over due and we apologize.,my husband and I went to John and Tara at Cruise Planners to give us guidance on a trip we wished to take to Southern Spain and Morocco and everyone there was so patient with us.
They made sure that everything was in order and that as many of our wishes were fulfilled. This trip would Never had happened if it were not for them and we will be forever grateful.

I am going to start by saying that I would leave Kelli & Cruise Planners 0 stars if I could.

At first, Kelli seemed like she would seamlessly take care of our wedding planning. However , it quickly took negative turns early on in our entire 18 months of planning for our on board wedding ceremony.

Our first inconvenience with Kelli is that she was unreachable for almost an entire month towards the beginning of our planning which led us to not being able to secure the day of the wedding we hoped for which was first day at sea. Instead, we had to take matters into our hands with the cruise ship once we realized she had no idea how these things worked. Here she blamed the ship she’s a blame shifter. Although the wedding experience people are also awful you would think that as an agent who acted like she knew weddings on ship would have known this.

Secondly, we had a group of 30 people all paid and signed up for a 2 part Excursion in Costa Maya , but Kelli completely botched that and only signed us up for the first part , upon bringing the issue to light , she tried to get more money out of all of us. We then went over her head to whomever oversees the operations for the Cruise Planners company and the lady Ebony was also very unhelpful and was just defending Kelli , no real solutions were ever established.
After all of this, we tried to speak with Kelli again to see what conclusions or solutions we could figure out. Come to find out that she is on a cruise of her own and once again unreachable , and did not want to be bothered by her work.
So we settled for whatever we had to settle for. We still made it work , no thanks to Kelli.
She made it very clear and blatant that she was only part of cruise planners for free or discounted cruising. She cannot and will not be bothered by anyone’s issues while she’s on her own vacation , which will give NO SOLACE to someone planning the most important day of their life .
To make things worse , she then tried to BLAME US for all of her mishaps.
So save yourself some energy, anger, money, and heartbreak , and find a better planner, because looking back at it she barely did anything for us , we ended up doing 90% of our own wedding.

I chose Kelli for my wedding cruise based on positive Yelp reviews, but it was a decision I regretted almost immediately. Despite her claims of understanding Royal weddings, she proved clueless. I lost my preferred wedding date because of her incompetence, relying on her guidance. It wasn't until I took matters into my own hands that I realized her lack of knowledge.

Navigating 30 guests became a nightmare as Kelli was either unreachable, annoyed by questions, or simply unresponsive. She failed to verify group excursion payments, leading to last-minute chaos and attempted blame-shifting onto me, followed by a hefty charge to rectify her mistake.

Cruise Planners, as a franchise, offered no solace. Their corporate representative, Ebony, brushed off concerns, stating Kelli was her own boss. Even upon boarding, our stateroom arrangements were botched, yet I hesitated to seek Kelli's assistance again, given her track record.

Repeated requests to release my reservations were met with indifference and avoidance. If you're considering a Royal wedding cruise, steer clear of Kelli. Handle it yourself to avoid the stress and disappointment caused by her incompetence. She lacks any sense of professionalism and is truly awful to work with.

Jeanne has been a friend for 40 years and know one I trust more. She and John helped me schedule my first cruise as a test for my big upcoming retirement cruise in 2024. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs it. Look so forward to the cruise in a few months

Recently went to Alaska (may 2022). Horrible start with airline delays and missing connections, however it all worked out for the most awesome vacation ever . Jeannie was on top of everything, never missed a beat. My first cruise and best. Alaska should be on everyone's bucket list. I highly recommend Cruise Planners when booking .
