It was very easy working with Jen to put together a western Mediterranean trip involving half the time on a cruise through Italy, Spain, and France and the other half landside in Italy. I just explained the type of things I wanted to do during my trip and Jen essentially took care of the logistics, along with sharing her experienced perspectives on lodging, excursions, and transportation overseas. The trip was in March and was absolutely wonderful with no issues, especially considering the different conditions with including a cruise and time on land. Jen was wonderful to work with when planning my Alaskan cruise!
