I am so grateful for the exceptional service provided by Nick Harrington. While our family handled most of the trip planning, he truly went above and beyond when it came to booking our flights. I was initially skeptical when I received a call from the Crystal Travel while attempting to book a trip on their website that wasn’t going through, fearing it might be a scam. However, Adam’s professionalism and patience quickly put me at ease. He guided me through the booking process, answered all my questions, encouraged me to compare prices online, and still managed to offer me the best deal available. Adam promptly sent all necessary email confirmations, ensuring a seamless experience. It was a pleasure working with him, and I highly recommend his services.

A really nice agent, Grace, assisted us when we missed our connection for international travel. We were tired and frustrated. When I called she immediately began searching for options to help arrive close to the same time as the previous flight. The initial options offered were too high.

The airline charged us a “no show fee” and we ended up paying the best offering by Grace which was more than the price of the original tickets. I had to express my exasperation with her offers and she “checked something” then offered a discount. I asked Grace if she could help find us a hotel for the night near the airport. She responded she would send me something by email.

I feel that Grace took advantage of our tired and desperate emotional state by the offerings she made. I checked online later and found We could’ve purchased entirely new tickets for 30% less than the change fee plus extra fare we ended up paying with grace. Never got any information about a hotel booking but did receive a call at 11pm waking me out of my sleep asking again to complete this review.
