Good place to hold events such as birthday parties and baby showers. It's spacious and has a kitchen.There's room for a DJ hook up. There is nice lighting (chandeliers). This location used to be a bank and you can still see the vault inside!

Love the space, when given a theme, Crystal really knows what to do and how to do it! The only 2 downside to this place are the kitchen floor which becomes very slippery no type of grip on the floor when working the kitchen! The second issue is that guests had to walk through the kitchen to get into the event because of another event being held in the front entrance. That was a serious problem since the event that I was a part of was for babies and the mothers had to be escorted through the kitchen's slippery floor while holding their child. A disaster waiting to happen. I do recommend that the kitchen floor is changed or covered with a non slip surface.

I'm from Casco New York can I have family and friends in Schenectady Rotterdam and Amsterdam we get together for Thanksgiving oh also relatives from Maryland since our family is not super big but big enough or large enough or too big to have at somebody's house so as much easier for us to rent this place out and everybody chips in and bring food to share first time there clean big but one problem it was Thanksgiving and it was cold out and the heat did not work and they didn't tell nobody to the last minute other than that it was okay but you cannot rent a place out in the winter time with no heat if the heat wouldn't work I would rate it a little higher but the heat did not work
