I am very impressed with CT Limo’s service. Took them back/forth to JFK. They were on time both ways, in fact I scheduled for pick up at later, but got In earlier. They were able to pick me up quickly. Very impressed! Glad they’re doing ride-share service to airports again! GOOD JOB!

We used their service three times in July and August to go to and from Northwest Connecticut to JFK. They were on time all the time. One of the flights even got in extra early and they were there for us. The vehicles were great, and the drivers were very courteous and respectful. Loved how they had bottled water for us as well. Looking forward to using them again.

We got the sprinter limo van! Very nice. Took about 10 minutes to hook up the Bluetooth. Driver was very nice. The person that I took the call to order was a bit unprofessional but service was very excellent

Expected better customer service. Every time I called to confirm I was greeted by a very non caring, to the point of rudeness, woman acting like I was annoying her (Noons limo). I asked for another confirmation email and was told their email was not functioning. Got the name and text number of driver the evening before the trip the next day. Driver of the party bus was on time, thankfully, however, he was on his cell phone from the moment he pulled in my driveway, even as I was introducing myself and giving him his tip as this was my daughters prom trip. I don’t think he said one word to her or her friends. An important date that I was holding my breath to see if anyone even showed up. Poor customer service. I expect better!

CT Limo still and will always be the best service that I've ever had. It all started back in 2015 when I was in a complete rush and I didn't know what is the best choise until a friend of mine recommended it to me, and since then every time I enjoy every single trip with them. I had the occasion to use Ct. Limo traveling to and from JFK. Service was excellent, and on time, vehicles were clean and driver was polite and helpful. They are under new management, so it is not the old Ct. Limo you may have known years ago. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.
