Excellent tour. Diane moved mountains to provide a wonderful, history filled tour on Thanksgiving when the town was trying to be shut down! Diane cares greatly about the area, the food, the history, and her guests. Cannot recommend enough.

My wife and I took the tour today, September 2, 2023. We had such a great time with Diane. She had a deep knowledge of the history of Old Saybrook. She also took us to 3 amazing spots that we will definitely be revisiting in the future. The food was absolutely delicious and Diane was the best tour guide we've ever had. We highly recommend!

This was the first walking food tour I have been on and it was a wonderful experience. Diane perfectly combined sharing the history of Old Saybrook and enjoying local cuisine. Our tour guide, Diane, is very knowledgeable and aside from her food tour is very active in her local community of Old Saybrook. Although there were some passing rain showers during our tour Diane took it as an opportunity to pop into more local shops throughout the tour. Very interesting and informative! Would recommend to all!

We had so much fun on this foodie walking tour! Diane has the perfect personality for this -- her warm, engaging personality made us feel we were walking around with a good friend just minutes into the tour. The restaurants she took us to were all excellent, including some we likely wouldn't have found on our own. Learning some of the interesting history of Old Saybrook was a nice bonus. This was a real highlight of our Connecticut getaway.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this CT Shore Walking Food/History tour in Old Saybrook,CT! Our tour guide, Diane was friendly, fun and knowledgeable about the very interesting history of Old Saybrook. The 3 restaurants she choose for our stops along the way were all prepared with plates to serve us with tastes of their various cuisines. They were all great choices and delicious!! We highly recommend this enjoyable experience. You won’t be disappointed!!

Diane was our tour guide and she was very knowledgeable and I never knew how steeped in history Old Saybrook is. She also pointed out some amazing trees. Plus she put together stops at really great places to eat. Wonderful French pastries were delicious! We stopped for noodles and dumplings at an Asian restaurant and then we ended with a cheese platter at a really cool wine bar. When you take into account how much food you get on the tour, it's a great value! It was a lovely way to spend time in Old Saybrook and I would do another tour with her along the shoreline.
