This is by far the worst agency in Miami, specially its agent Luis, he sold me a ticket to Cuba and he told me I could take up to 4 bags with me and once I go to the airport it turned out that you could only take 2 bags up to 70 and one for 20 lb, there came the second issue cause he told us that they would charge one dollar per pound and it turned out to be $2 per pound, my family and I ended up paying a fortune just to visit our relatives in Cuba, I felt like we were ripped off, we were just looking for a convenience flight, and we ended up spending a huge amount of money. Never for no reason whatsoever book a flight with this agency they just lie and take your money.

I called before I went down there because I live in Fort Lauderdale and there located in Hialeah. I was going to send one lbs of medication to Cuba and they told me that it was $25.00 a lb. In no moment they told me that there was a minimum of 3 lbs when I called so I drove one hour and fifteen minutes because of traffic for them to tell me that I could not send my package because it was a minimum of 3 lb. I was so upset I had to leave right away that was so Rong on there part.
