El 15 de noviembre realicé un envío de varios paquetes en la agencia, en donde nos comunicaron q tardaría en arribar a su destino de 15 a 30 días. En el mes d diciembre Cubamax y la respuesta d costumer service fue que 2 d los tres paquetes enviados estaban con destino a Cuba y q el tercero (todos entregado en el mismo momento) aún se encontraba en la agencia.En el día de hoy 01/27/2023, volvemos a acudir en respuesta d nuestro envío y el paquete q supuestamente estaba en Miami nos dijeron q no se conocía donde estaba cuando pedimos q nos devolvieran el paquete q no había sido enviado a cuba.
Un trato poco ético de parte del equipo de trabajo, irrespetuoso porq los clientes confían en q lo q se envía llegará a su destino, en donde el dinero q cobran por el servicio(q no es poco) se desaparezca . He perdido la confianza y credibilidad en la agencia

Recibí un paquete el miércoles 19 de Enero por la vía de Cubamax. Todo fue rápido la persona que lo trajo muy profecinal. puedo decir que deben llamar al cliente para avisarle con tiempo de el día y posible horario de llegada del envío y no llamar cuando están en la puerta de la casa Como paso conmigo yo estava trabajando lejos y me llamaron que esta van frente a mi edificio que bajara a buscar el paquete eso no debe ser así para algo tenían mi número de móvil deben avisar con tiempo, para evitar evitar complicaciones ya Q el mensajero era de mayabeque. Por lo demás muy buen servicio FELICITACIONES QUE SE MANTENGAN SALUDOS
