Muy buena atención al público además de ser bien rápidos atendiéndonos y de tener el mejor precio en libras para cuba de 6$ a Ciudad de La Habana y 7$ El resto de Cuba las entrega la hacen súper rápido en 72 hrs, Tienen muchas Ofertas como productos gratis en su agencia solo pagas x la libra, la verdad que me quedo con ellos. También tienen más servicio como remesas, recargas de telefónicas, sacan pasajes, hacen pasaporte, nada como una buena agencia para hacer envíos a cuba,vengan háganse clientes no se van a lamentar.

Pésimo servicio. Mi paquete fue dejado el viernes 28 de julio en su establecimiento. Después de esperar una semana sin que mi familiar recibiera su paquete, descubro aùn no ha salido de Miami. Es una total falta de respeto pagar por un servicio basado en puras mentiras. Me molesta sobremanera toda esta situación. Para nada recomendado!

Quiero compartir mi experinecia en este lugar,cuando recibieron la mercancia en su oficina todo estuvo bien muy amables y resolutivo,la chica me dijo ese mismo,dia que fue un martes el dia que deje todo en su oficina, que el paquete llegaria entre viernes y el fin de semana como muy tarde el lunes,he llamado durante toda la semana sin respuesta de cuando no saben que decir, solo que esta en tiempo, tienen una tarjeta de publicidad de envio en 72 horas y vamos por 9 dias y no ha llegado,no te dan un telefono en cuba nada donde poder resolver,con lo cual no lo recomiendo, mucho menos si tiene una urgencia del tipo que sea,el chico es pesimo con su atencion al cliente demasiado rudo y soberbio.
