Marvelous spot. Low tide fantastic for meandering along the rocks below the cliffs. Lovely visits. Embedded within it is the wedding bowl which is a lovely spot for a small event. La Jolla treasure.

Difficult to park if coming from outside La Jolla, but such a lovely little place to sit and watch the squirrels and listen to the ocean. Grassy area leads down to a clean beach. When tide is out you can walk north and south for more than a mile.

Epic location, especially when the weather is clear! Views up and down the coastline. When you find parking, so easy to go from your car to the grass bluff for a picnic, or just a nice sit. One of the best places in the San Diego area to watch a sunset!!!

This is by far mine and my boyfriend's favorite spot in La Jolla. The parking sucks and you got to fight for your life for a spot, but honestly the view, the breeze, the water - for us, its unbeatable.

There are tide pools near by which are awesome to explore, you can bring your pets, you can see proposals and weddings, you can see and hear seals, check out the most beautiful sunsets, and just enjoy the ocean breeze.

For any who haven't experienced it yet, I would definitely recommend. It's a place you will want to come back to and bring your friends, family, special someone, etc.
