I wrote review before but I think they paid and removed it.
I bought 3 tickets from this agency summer 2023 for my parents and myself to travel to Egypt then Iran. Tickets amount paid full.
1- in the U.S. airport we notice my mom information entered wrong. We get out of line call mrs. Maryam she fix it without apology even said why they look that much to detail I have never seen that.
2-I changed my father ticket pay penalty and everything I suppose to pay. Then notice Mrs Maryam forgot to buy return thicket for him. I just ask her to change his arriving date.
3- when it was time to get back to U.S. from Iran in the airport they told me they don’t have any ticket under my name. I called several times to Mrs Maryam left several voice massage she never answered anything. When my sister called her from U.S. she said I am on the line with Turkish airlines and never called back nor answer her phone. I received new tickets by email from agency without apologies or explain what happened to my ticket. No one care about what happened to me, how much I spent to the airport, get back to home, missing days from work…..
4- after couple weeks it was time for my mom’s to return, I send massage to mrs.Maryam and asked her to check my mom’s ticket before she gets to airport and deal with same problem. Maryam didn’t respond just email new ticket for her.
*** no one call or email for apology of explain what happened to those ticket we purchased?!
*** new tickets came without sits numbers or even Wheelchair for my 74 years old mom.
*** new ticket comes from different city in U.S. we didn’t plan.
*** it all happened without our permission.
I think Mrs. Maryam still on the line with Turkish airline to solve problems.
It was awful expensive and I will never forgive those hard time, stressful moments to get back to the U.S.
