I always assumed travel agents would charge you more than it would cost to do it yourself, otherwise, how would they make money? Well not only was my trip around $75 cheaper, the best part was how easy Sandy made it. I’d never been out of the country. She took care of the flight, resort, and ground transportation all through text message! She sent helpful emails with tips on the country I was visiting too. Will definitely use her again!

$500 to "retain" services her and then we were billed $2700 for 37 hours worth of work that was "supposedly done". We finally took it in our own hands and got more legitimate information in 5 minutes than that 37 hours of "work".

Periods of absolute silence, curt 1 line emails and not answering phone calls.

Upping prices on us and lying to us about the situation at the resorts in Mexico.

THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN GET. Borderline scam and will be reported to the better business bureau.
