Warm welcome, and excellent customer service. Truly appreciated the professionalism of Jeremy at front desk.

Absolutely filthy! Smoke free facility, my room 118 reaked of smoke. Two beds in the room, covered in hair. Desk chair absolutely shot, torn and shot. Turned the heat/hvac unit on and went into sneezing fit instantly. Very nice front desk worker tried to help with disinfectant spray. Didn’t work. Hoping thre are no health effects from one night at this place? Stay away!

here were several bugs found in our room on Saturday when we came back to the hotel. We were offered to move to another room, however, the air condition was quite loud and dusty. The front desk staff was not patient and quite rude. Manager also refused to compensate us for bugs. ||||Also, when I tried to talk with front desk staff about extension, she told me the hotel was fully booked. I have to make reservation through Wydham website and show her my reservation for extra night. ||||The free-wifi sometime works but sometime not responding. Overall experience was terrible.

There is no fitness center. That’s a complete lie, and the pictures are fake.

Location is horrible and entering / exiting the parking lot is dangerous.

They don’t properly snow shovel or de ice the area.

This place is absolute garbage and the owners are scammers.

Don’t give them your money.

The bathroom was very moldy and the lady at the front desk was rude. They served regular coffee in a container labeled decaf. That is irresponsible since some people need decaf for health reasons. The common areas were pretty dirty, but the room itself was comfortable enough. The location and the price were the only redeemable qualities.

Was a very quiet restful stay room was clean and all was satisfactory front desk was kind and very accommodating room was warm that was a plus front desk saw I was limping and changed my room to bottom floor some wouldn’t have stairs that was huge plus thank you

The sheer curtain in the window had mold on it and the bed sheet had a blood spot on it. We assumed the sheet would be taken care of when they cleaned the room between days. We stayed 2 nights but the room wasn't cleaned.

I chose this place due to its convenient location, but I will never stay here again. The room had mold and roaches. After my kids had snacks and threw the wrappers in the trash, I noticed roaches at night. Since I was already in my pajamas, I decided to tie up the trash bag and leave it outside the door until morning.

Around 8 a.m., there was a loud bang on the door, and I was told I couldn’t leave trash in front of the door. This could have been handled differently, perhaps with a phone call or a message on the door asking me to go to the front desk. They also could have inquired about the reason for leaving the trash there.

I do not recommend this hotel it wasn't the price for me it was convenience lesson learned never again. Just disgusting
