We had a very disappointing experience working with this company. Despite completing our part of the job on time and without issue, multiple invoices have gone unpaid for an unreasonable amount of time. We've made several attempts to resolve the matter professionally, but communication has been inconsistent at best, and promises to settle the outstanding balances have not been honored.

As a business that relies on timely payments to operate efficiently, this type of behavior is unacceptable. We strongly advise other carriers and logistics partners to proceed with caution or request payment upfront. Reliability and trust are key in this industry, and unfortunately, this company has shown neither.

I recently ordered a custom floral arrangement from Destinations By Design's Floral Studio. They took the time to answer questions and explain different types of floral options, and ensure I would get something beautiful. The next day when I picked up the arrangement, I was VERY happy.
