Rock is an exceptional travel agent! Without any hesitation, I would highly recommend this travel agency to anyone! My best friend Janet and I decided that we wanted to visit Jamaica. It was a first visit for both of us so we wanted it to be done right. I googled travel agencies in the area and landed on Dee’s Travel Agency based on the great reviews! Rock was ALWAYS available for any and all of our questions before and DURING our trip. He provided us with a large assortment of resorts for us to choose from. As we came up with specific items that we did or did not want, he patiently assisted us until we settled on an option that worked well for us. Rock and Dee spoke with us about what to expect and prepared us very well for all phases of the travel. Rock checked on us several times once we arrived in Jamaica, he even assisted us with contacting resort management for a minor issue in our suite at the resort. We both thank you kindly and deeply for an extremely excellent level of dedication and service to us! Thank you for valuing your patrons, that seems to be in short supply in the service business nowadays.

What an experience this was for my children. This was my second cruise but the first for my children. They had an absolutely aaaammmaaazzzzzziiing time. Unfortunately, one month prior to our departure, my husband had a family emergency that required him to leave the country. Rock from Dees Travel Agency. Was very helpful and accommodating. He made calls to the airline, to Carnival cruise and researched what he/we could/ would have to do in order to get a refund or any credit. Special shout out to Rock for all his assistance. Additionally, we left during Hurricane Helene and again Dee called to make sure my family would
Be safe before and during the cruise. He assisted with pre-check in for the airline, provided emergency phone numbers and truly went above and beyond the call of duty at this time to ensure that we had ALL pertinent information.

This cruise when from Port Canaveral in Orlando, all to Nassau in the Bahamas to Princess Cays then to Grand Turks. This was a six day cruise and it was worth every dime spend.

This cruise was nothing short of being exceptional. Despite the ship being an older ship (Carnival Freedom), you wouldn’t be able to tell or know. All the events, shows, activities, and amenities were all up to par! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and met all of our needs. (Boy do they work hard).

Anyway, if you’re looking to book a vacation, I say look NO FURTHER! Dee’s Travel Agency is it! I will be going through them for ALL MY TRAVEL NEEDS! I am beyond please with their service and I’m positive you will be too.

We had a very positive experience with Dee’s travel on our family Disney cruise. Rock is very conscientious and works hard to keep his clients happy. He went above and beyond for us so we could celebrate our son’s birthday while onboard. He stays on top of things and tries to respond quickly with our questions. The only problem I had was technology glitches between his electronics and mine causing delays. He is on top of our travel agent list.
