I couldn’t rate less than one star or I would of… horrible customer service I call early in the morning and they told me to call later so I did the person in charge of the fights was busy so they took my info..:: I didn’t hear back from her so I called again “she was at lunch” so she gets to work and 2 hours later she takes lunch… they took my name again. She just called me around 4 I gave her my info and she is like sorry my computer is working so slow, then she puts me on hold for like 5mins just telling me give me a min. Finally when she comes back she doesn’t have anything different to say. So I was like “ did you put me on hold to help me out by looking in the computer for different flights and she goes “no” someone had a question here. So then I got upset and simply said “ just like your time is valuable mine too”… you need to work on your customer service “””” and she just hung up.

Definitely would not recommend. The lady with short dark hair in the Milwaukee location made me feel little as she wanted to know where I was getting the money I wanted to send to Ecuador. She want my bank statements, where my money is coming in from, how much I was making, and all these other questions. I finally was able to send money but needed to provide my social. 0/10 if I could put a zero

The place was referred as a place to send mail from Ecuador to the United States. Besides the extreme cost, when the parcel allegedly arrived, there was nobody in the Chicago area that spoke english so they just hung up on the person who was to receive. Today the parcel is still in limbo
