We have been using Dempsey for many years for our catering business. The entire team are so helpful in making sure that our order is taken and delivered in a timely manner is impeccable.
There are many times that I have forgotten something and called my delivery guy, Brian and he has gone out of his way to help me. Everyone on the team is so helpful and professional, I just can't say enough about them!

My son was just fired from here with no reason. ...He called off sick he was very sick yet that same day they call him at 1 In the afternoon to tell him he was terminated with no reason totally disgusting.....Little do they know he has a intellectual disability and is confused from being fired cause he really doesn't understand....I myself tried calling myself got a automated system left a message and of course no one called me back ...Yet he had worked there 4 years ...Really sad how these manufacturers treat there employees anymore...TOTALLY NOT RIGHT HOW THIS WAS DONE!!!

I cannot thank the people at Dempsey enough. My wallet was left at a restaurant, and Dempsey customer, in New Jersey. A Dempsey employee found the wallet mixed in with the restaurant’s linens and turned it in. Lisa and the Dempsey team in Jessup, PA ensured all of my belongings were safely returned. I am incredibly grateful for this team and company.

As a small business owner I know how difficult it can be to compete with the big guys. That’s why I pride myself in working with other small businesses.

Not these guys.

I waited 6+ weeks for logo mats I had ordered with an agreement that was signed before everything was designed. The owners came back and said I actually need to pay $700 to get the mats printed, and they changed their policy without updating their paperwork.

I asked the poor sales guy to see what he could do, and instead of honoring an agreement they told me to pound sand.

I definitely felt ‘treated like family’ … if we’re talking about my birth mother.
