If you try and call. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone. Tried calling multiple times through multiple day. The phone will keep ringing or it will automatically get sent to hold with zero communication. Do they realize that they dealing with people's livelihood. A 10 sec question will now turn Into me driving in the snow for an hour to go take a number and get in line for a question. They NEED to do better. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

They never ever answer the phone. This is a daily problem. When I went in to the Annex, I soon found out why.... Constantly unattended, and the ones that are supposedly working(always someone different), they are laaaaazy, could careless, clueless, absolutely no customer service etiquette, cannot multitask at all, and will let you stand there like your invisible while they chat it up with their coworkers about "how busy they've been(lol), upcoming Xmas party and opening up their secret Santa name, etc etc It truly is a pitiful sight and extremely frustrating. I'm not there because I have nothing else to do but look for a handout. My time is important as well as theirs and why I'm there and my personal situation should reflect, at all, in the way the front desk conducts themselves. Please look into some office customer service proper etiquette training sessions, as well as, keeping EVERYONE, up to date on current policies and procedures at the front desk.

Absolutely ridiculous the amount of times I have called the past three days and have not heard from a single person. It doesn’t even allow you to leave a message. It just rings then hangs up. This is a joke. And going into the building is even worse.

This is the most unprofessional building I have ever dealt with. From the front desk to the social worker Jean Walls. It’s terrible no call backs after multiple phone calls. I definitely will be contacting the governors office

Jean walls or Wallace needs to be fired this is week two no call back or answer she denied my paperwork after I put it in now she isn't answering her phone Calls the people at the front desk act like they don't care about nobody but there own self she even told the woman that she wanted to speak with me and when she transferred me over she didn't pick up I don't recommend Jean as your case worker you'll suffer be hungry and crying 24/8 this is so sad
