Jennifer Kelly helped us with our Alaskan cruise in September 2023 on Holland America. Wow!! Rick at Deramus Travel is absolutely a life saver! My friend and I received an airline cancellation notice while in New York during the IT crisis. All Delta Airline flights were cancelled with no options offered but a refund on tickets. I immediately called Rick and although he was involved in a family outing, he took the time to help me and get a flight scheduled with another airline. Thank you so much Rick for getting us home safely! You're the best!!

We recently worked with Deramus Travel to plan a cruise vacation. This company went above and beyond to make this a dream trip for our group of 12 passengers. Before we were able to take the trip, due to an unexpected health problem, part of our group had to cancel. Rick and his team took care of getting the trip canceled and getting our refund. They were amazing to work with! We definitely would recommend them for any travel plans you are planning. We will definitely be scheduling another trip with them as soon as possible!

This agency is wonderful!!! Having no prior experience with group travel, I called Deramus Travel seeking advice and consultation. Rick spent a couple hours of his time working with our non-profit group on airline rates and flights to get us the best possible options. He did all of this knowing there was a strong possibility we would probably end up driving. He is extremely knowledgeable about the airline industry, and explained group travel considerations clearly and concisely and how the market has changed over the years. Would like to say how thankful I am to Rick for his promptness to cancel an International trip, leaving Sunday after the announcement about our boarders. He called me at 10:30 p.m.Wed to let me know my trip had been canceled and that I had a voucher to use for up to 1 year. I was able to relax knowing It was all taken care of. He called me again on that Sunday to check on me and make sure I was able to cancel all tours, etc. I am forever grateful and will always recommend Deramus tours!

A lifetime friend And I decided to mark off a fantastic trip off our bucket list this year and went to Rick to help us with plans. He worked with us to put together a magical trip and we have been so very excited. When we left here the Corvid 19 was just starting to raise it ugly little head. But by my point of view and my friends view it should not affect us. However Rick did go over possibilities and how to handle all situations. I will say we were in Great Britain and having an absolutely amazing time. When we went into London everyone talked about virus and I have never been anywhere that was so clean and people so careful but not a single panic person. And business when on as usual Rick called us on Thursday to give us an update about what was happening here in the USA. We decided to go on our Friday tour while he made arrangements to get us out on Saturday. He did a fabulous job of getting tickets changed and reservations changed all we had to do was pack and go. So wonderful. We got wonderful treatment at the airports (the one at Heathrow and at Atlanta ). No problems either place. They made us feel special. I give Rick and his crew credit for setting us up so well
Some people we spoke to did not have such an experience with there travel agency. I would go back to Rick at Deramus Travel for all my travel needs. He keeps up with you to make sure everything is the best

Dreamus Travel is a wonderful bunch of folks. Rick helped direct us to John, who has been amazing, making our trip from Arkansas to Guam a reality!! John helped us manage with scheduling travel, hotels, pick up service, etc... also dealing with testing, shots, and entry requirements. So much thankfully has been eased and lifted. Needless to say John has helped with stressed nerves and questions, always patience and friendly.
We are so looking forward to our trip!!!
