Kylee and her team were literally an answered prayer for our big day. She was recommended to us by a vendor I had already booked. We got so lucky that she was available on such short notice (6 months out, but she is currently booked til 2025!!) and she was at the top of her game. She went the extra mile with more than anything I could expect. She communicates flawlessly with vendors and makes sure everyone is where they need to be when. Besides her excellent organizing and planning skills, she is extremely patient. With the few changes we had to make day of she handled it with grace. When everything was all said and done I definitely consider her a friend.

If you were ever thinking about hiring an event planner or day of coordinator, I cannot recommend Kylee enough! In the year and a half leading up to our wedding, Kylee was with us every step of the way, quickly responding to countless texts and phone calls, taking the time to meet with us whenever we needed, and answering all our questions, no matter how strange. Kylee has the answers to everything and, if she doesn’t, she’ll find it fast! Anytime I felt stressed or overwhelmed, Kylee had my back. Most importantly, I was able to enjoy my wedding day to the fullest because Kylee and her team had everything handled. If anything did go wrong on my wedding day, that would be news to me because everything went smoothly and Kylee was ON IT. Leading up to the big day Desert Squid Event was always professional, prompt, easily accessible, and flexible during the planning process. During the last few weeks leading up to the wedding she was on top of every email and message, and always remained flexible with scheduling meetings to best fit my needs.
