Anne and her team are amazing. I had the pleasure of working with her as my “day of” event coordinator/wedding planner yesterday. Her attention to detail is incredible. She ensured that our wedding ran flawlessly from start to finish. When we had an issue with our DJ last minute, Anne picked up the microphone and stepped in as our MC. She goes above and beyond at every turn to facilitate a stress-free, memorable wedding for every couple that she works with. Anne, thank you so much for helping us create the beautiful moments we shared with our guests yesterday.

We loved working with Anne, Nicole and the rest of the team! They were flexible and understanding with us throughout the process as we made many changes. The day of I was able to trust Anne to make sure everything ran smoothly and the decor was perfect! I loved all of my flowers too! Absolutely loved working with Nicole and her team. We used their rentals for our rehearsal dinner and wedding and everything was perfect. We are so grateful for their creative ideas and patience and can't wait to have another party so we can use them again! Deliveries were on time and they communicated with us every step of the way!

I give this place zero stars. The only reason I put one is because I had to! They caused me a HUGE amount of stress leading up to my wedding.
When I originally hired them they had a planner named Demi who genuinely got my vision. She and I were on the exact same page for what I wanted.... Everything seemed great so we hired this company... well... once that check was in their hand it all went down hill. I NEVER heard from her. I sent countless texts, emails, phone calls to get answers. Nothing... So we decided to email the boss, Anne Urban, to get answers to what was going on. First off, never in my life have I talked to someone so unprofessional... I understand you should be personable with your clients. I mean, they are a part of your wedding! Within saying that, we told her what was going on with her wedding coordinator, Demi, and she stated that she was no longer with the company. Anne PROMISED us over and over again she was going to do everything possible in order to make our wedding perfect. In addition, it was not perfect at all. I rarely got responses, if not at all. My mother emailed her, I emailed her, and my father emailed her. We never got responses. This pertained to really important information in regards to our wedding as a whole. Two weeks before the wedding she still did not contact A SINGLE vendor. She did not respond to emails of if our linens were ready, what we could do for florals, nothing. We ended up reaching out to a separate floral company Jade Violet who was OUTSTANDING and helped us with great ideas and was extremely accommodating! Now it is a week before my wedding and my vendors still have not received one phone call, and we have received no responses from Anne. Three days until my wedding and nothing. We emailed her stating that we wanted our deposit back and we no longer wanted to use her services and if need be we will get assistance to get that money back. She FINALLY emailed back stating that she had everything under control and she was going to reach out to the vendors. We replied saying we do not want her services. We basically had to plan the entire wedding ourselves which we wanted to prevent. So three days before the wedding the treasury calls us after finding out what happened and provided us with a wedding planner and Brittany from Uncorked Occasions and she immediately dove into my ideas and my vision and provided us with EVERYTHING! We pulled my disaster and made my wedding day beautiful! So for those of you considering this company, DO NOT DO IT! Ask for Brittany from uncorked occasions! They did amazing!

I got married in St. Augustine at the Treasury and I cant thank Anne and Demi enough for everything they did, especially since my husband and I didn't live in the area. Furthermore, the decor came out great! Nicole took my vague description and turned it into beauty. From my awesome bouquet to the reception tables, everything was beautiful!! Thank you all so much! 😊

We've been waiting almost 3 hours for this company to return and pickup the chairs we rented. They keep saying they are on their way...then still haven't showed up. The place we rented had a time limit for us to be there...and we can't just leave the chairs. This is inconsiderate of our time because we are having to wait many hours after the scheduled pickup time.
