I cannot recommend Detailed Events by Lo enough! From start to finish, the Detailed Events by Lo team went above and beyond to make every event she coordinated for us truly unforgettable!

It all started with my bridal shower, which was such a special day for me. We had a vision for the event, Lo took that vision and elevated it to a level I couldn’t have even imagined! She flawlessly helped plan every detail, from the decor to the flow of the day, ensuring everything was cohesive and exactly what I had dreamed of. She was so hands-on, transforming the space into something magical. Everyone at the shower couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful and seamless it was!

When it came to my wedding day, we worked with Gab and she was there for absolutely everything. From managing timelines to coordinating with vendors, she ensured the day ran smoothly so I could simply focus on enjoying the moment.

Throughout the whole day, she made sure I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I was truly blown away by her professionalism and how calm she remained throughout the day, which helped me stay calm and fully enjoy the day.

What stood out the most was how much team Lo genuinely cared. Every detail, every moment, every part of the day reflected her dedication and expertise.

Gabby from Detailed Events by Lo is absolutely incredible. We couldn't recommend her more. I was a a MOH in my best friends wedding during my engagement (~1 year before my wedding.) She had hired Gabby as her day of coordinator, and after seeing Gabby in action I knew I had to also. Having any day of coordinator definitely decreases stress, but having Gabby made me feel relaxed, relieved and able to enjoy our special day. She helps with everything--from big things like keeping to schedule and making sure all of your vendors are ready to go, to small things like helping reapply lip gloss and making sure my hair is in place when we're in the wind during pictures. And sooooo much more behind the scenes. As an anxious person, having Gabby as my day-of coordinator allowed me to be stress-free, enjoy the day, and really be present. I can't recommend her enough. Also, I have to give a shoutout to Lauren who runs an incredible business she should be proud of. And to Nicole, who Lauren recommended we use as a travel agent for our honeymoon and wow did she deliver. I strongly recommend using Detailed Events by Lo for your wedding in any capacity you can, you will not regret it!

I seriously could not recommend detailed events by Lo more! I decided to book with Lo after searching for a day of coordinator that I could truly trust and I am beyond blessed to have it all work out the way it did! Lo is INCREDIBLE!! I used the day of services but Lo stepped in months before holding my hand through the finish line and answering the millions of questions I had at any time! Lo took over everything and made the day so perfectly seamless! If anything went wrong I wouldn’t even have known.. seriously the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding!!

I went back & forth with the idea of even hiring a wedding coordinator because I was having a smaller wedding of only about 65 people but I am SO GLAD that I ended up hiring Lauren for my wedding day. A few weeks before the wedding any text I would send her with a question would be answered immediately with a response of "that's already been done" or she would figure out a solution. Everything was coordinated so perfectly that the day of my wedding I wasn't stressed at all. Every detail was talked through before the big day and she communicated so well with all of my vendors.

She was so much more than just a wedding coordinator. From the moment she arrived to my venue the morning of the wedding she started working and the entire space was set up within an hour. Then throughout the day she made sure everything ran perfectly and never left my side. Truly I would look behind my seat and Lauren would be there to touch up my lipstick or see if there was anything I needed. My family & friends still talk about how amazing she was. If you are thinking of hiring Lauren or anyone on her team book them ASAP. Her services are WELL WORTH the money and made my day perfect. I would recommend Detailed Events by Lo a million times over again to any bride!

We were on the fence about getting a day of coordinator, and let me tell you….going with detailed events by lo was THE BEST decision we made leading up to our wedding!!!

From the initial phone call with lo through wedding day, they were AMAZING. We worked with Marissa, and I honestly cannot give her enough praise. Marissa first reached out a month before our big day so that she could better understand our vision and details. She is so kind, professional and detail oriented. We did not have to worry about anything. She reached out to all of our vendors and coordinated the start times for each. She put together the perfect day of time line to make sure our day ran as smooth as possible. At the wedding she was amazing, it felt like Marissa was everywhere at once, making sure everyone and everything was perfect.

The day after the wedding, my husband turned to me and said “Thank God we hired Marissa, she was amazing”…and I could not agree more.

I heard a saying that if your day seemingly goes well it is because you hired a great wedding coordinator. I now echo that "saying". Lauren and Gabrielle got me organized and also provided accent suggestions to help the event run more smoothly and more to my vision. Lauren and Gabrielle helped me navigate what was not being provided by the venue well enough in advance to get everything the way that I wanted it. My wedding day was not stressful, I didn't think about anything other than spending time with my husband to-be, family and friends. Our guests said that our wedding was "chill"/"no stress", the vibe was cozy and fun, food was great and timely served, the decor was fabulous, and the music was in line with the mood. All in all, a great wedding thanks to Lauren and Gabrielle!

Hiring Lauren was the best money we spent on our wedding- period! With a 250+ guest count, two locations, and a massive bridal party, we had a lot of moving parts and things to organize. Naturally, my wedding day meant so much to my family and me and my husband- we wanted everything to go off without a hitch.

Once we began looking into day-of coordinators, Lauren's name came up 9 times out of 10. She was our first call and we are so thankful we made the right one.

Leading up to the wedding, Lo oversaw all of our 15+ vendors & reviewed every contract all while keeping us in the loop via multiple zoom meetings. She attended our church rehearsal where she completely structured our ceremony and organized our 30 person bridal party with ease.

On the big day, Lo took charge of our massive 50+ people photo shot list, coordinated bridesmaids, groomsmen, family and more to get from venue to church back to venue. She held all of my (the bride's) personal effects all day long from ceremony to reception (10+ hours.) She was there for me at every turn, anything I needed.

Lauren knew almost every single one of our vendors on a personal level from past experience. You could tell they all respected her and she treated them all with respect in return. These preexisting relationships helped everything run smoothly and resulted in a perfect day for me, my husband and our families.

Lo is a professional through and through and even my hard to impress Brooklyn mother admitted it was the best money we ever spent! My wedding day was the best day of my life and Lauren played an integral role. Don't think twice!

I was going back and forth on hiring a wedding coordinator, and I am SO happy that I decided to book with Detailed Events by Lo. We worked with Lo initially, and then with Gabrielle starting 2 months before the wedding and on the day of. Immediately after booking with Lo, she provided us with a detailed wedding planning timeline and an itemized checklist for the day, both of which I referenced multiple times throughout the planning process and were very helpful to stay organized and on track. She also gave us a number of awesome vendor recs for both our wedding and my bridal shower! Lo was always quick to respond via email or text, and I knew I could come to her with any question/problem, big or small!

Once we hit the 2 month mark, we worked exclusively with Gabrielle. Gabrielle is not only one of the sweetest people you will ever meet, but she is also SO amazing at what she does! She set up multiple venue walk throughs with us, communicated with all of our vendors directly to help create a wedding day timeline, and gave us so much great advice on all things wedding related. I literally was 100% stress free on my wedding day thanks to Gab. If anything went wrong on the day of, I had no idea ( and still don't). She had such a positive attitude all day, was always there making sure every strand of hair was in place, held my train while we walked around the grounds for our photos, ensured everything was running on schedule without being pushy, and even gave me a sweet little pep talk right before walking down the aisle. Needless to say, we couldn't have imagined our day without Gab there!

I will never have enough amazing things to say about both Lo and Gab!! If you are on the fence about booking a wedding coordinator, this is your sign to book with Detailed Events by Lo asap!!!
