Oliver was great, he juggled 2 clients at one time. I never felt neglected. He was very personable and made us feel that we were in good hands. He went over everything about the car although this is my 3rd Jeep Compass from Diehl. I bought this car in Grove City but it will be serviced in Robinson near my home. Poor service. My jeep has literally been shutting off while driving on the highway almost getting smashed into because my car went black and it was dark outside, it is a 2019, with my 3 yr old son in the car. I take it to the dealership they said “there’s nothing they can do, no further diagnostic they can do” paid $200 for the diagnostic for them to do absolutely nothing and didn’t fix a single thing, so I have to continue to drive it and hope I don’t get into an accident with my son in the car. Do not recommend this dealership at all. No help what so ever.

Took our Chrysler Pacifica to Diehl in early November. It is a handicapped van. Special equipment. My husband was involved in an accident. It took 2 and 1/2 months to get it back. Got it back on January 27th. Several parts still missing and all repairs not done. Called Liberty Mutual and had to have them step in.
$24,000 and not completed. It's now February 27 and still not done. They were paid and basically washed their hands of it. Very disappointed and unhappy 😡.

I saw an ad on Instagram and I clicked it. I didn’t leave any information because I was just looking for a car luckily Steve Wolfe at Diehl Called me the next day!!! He found me the best deal and the nicest car that I didn’t even know I wanted to get. It was the best experience when I went there to look at the car. He makes you feel like you’re just working with a friend!! He went above and beyond and I would use this dealership as long as he keeps working there the next time I buy a car!! Every single worker that I encounter that night was fantastic. This by far was the best buying experience I’ve ever had!! Kudos Steve and Diehl staff.
