We were first time cruisers and decided to plan with a travel agency. Our very close friends had retired from NH to Florida and we wanted to plan a vacation together and Kasey Davis was the woman for the job! She helped us plan everything from start to finish and all details in between. She reassured all of our concerns (we had many!!) and made the process so simple. Her correspondence throughout the process was so comforting and she had the answer to every question we had. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and so very funny, professional and kind. Katie made booking our last minute trip to discovery cove AMAZING! We stayed at a really nice resort style hotel, got discovery cove, SeaWorld and Aquatica included in our entire package for a GREAT price! I will never book any vacation any other way again! She made it SO easy and even accommodated adding an additional person to the reservation a few days later. She checked on us during and after our trip to make sure all was well. She even sent us a Starbucks gift card the day of our trip 🥹 if you are considering a trip, call Katie!
