Provided us with fantastic picnic lunch and the tour of a lifetime. His in depth knowledge of archeological history and plant life added perspective to the tour. Hopefully you will get an opportunity to see him demonstrate his climbing skills. Comfortable bus with interesting videos of Yosemite
year round. Well worth the money and time. Plenty of rest stops.

Booked the Around the Lake Tahoe Tour. The tour is approximately 7 hours. I didn’t know that there were multiple stops for picking up people. Therefore, when I read that the bus leaves at approximately 8:05am. I’m expecting the bus to be there about 10 minutes early and I made sure to be even earlier because I am handicapped. Well, at 8:07, I texted and said that I had been out there for about a half hour and the bus hadn’t shown up yet. Someone from the company called me and his caddy remark was that I shouldn’t have been there a half hour. At the end of that short discussion of explaining why I was early, the bus drove up about 8:10. To my dismay, it was already packed. Only 4 seats left. My mother and I couldn’t sit together. The bus was also hot. We had to pick up 2 last passengers. Then shortly into the drive, the heavy rocking of the bus (from its airbags) caused me to become motion sick. I held it back as long as I could. About 20 minutes after the last p/u, I had to stop and get out for a moment because I was so nauseous. Didn’t puke. Once he started going again, I was pouring down sweat & ready to puke that time and so we got off, the bus left, I puked and we got a taxi back to town. I called the 3rd party company to see if I could get any amount refunded. After they called the Tour Company, they relayed to me what the company said, since I started the tour, they would not refund my money. I had plans to tour again later in the future but if they refuse to refund me even a portion of my money over something that I couldn’t control and I didn’t get but about 20 minutes of a 7 hour trip. I will make sure not to do anymore tours through them.

Snowshoe John was such an amazing guide!!! He was very knowledgeable and quite humorous!! Loved every minute of the tour!! Hated to see it end. Thank you Snowshoe John for such an amazing time!!

We booked the shuttle service for our wedding venue and Janez was very helpful in making suggestions for the number and timing of shuttles for our event. They ran very efficiently and was even accommodating with running one last shuttle past our contracted time.
