Highly recommend Doors and More 🤩

Our garage door has been binding up in the cold temps every winter for a long while. We were sick & tired of having to close our door manually every winter. We’ve put off calling due to thinking we’d have to spend thousands for a new door. Called & spoke to Jennifer on a Thursday and she was able to get us on their schedule in 3 days!!! I felt bad that is was on a Sunday but was very thankful to be able to get on their schedule that quickly.
The work was completed in less than an hour and our door works like a brand new garage door & sounds like a new one too! Very affordable (not thousands, like we anticipated)
I couldn’t believe is was only $265 for
New Sensors, lubrication, tightened the belt on the motor, New seal under garage door where it meets the concrete floor. James is very knowledgeable & personable and has been doing doors for 30+ years He really appreciated my husbands help (which wasn’t necessary) when he replaced the seal on the bottom of the door. James also gave us recommendations on annual maintenance. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼

My husband went to take out the garbage and realized the spring on our garage door was broken. It is an oversized door and we could not lift it. After many recommendations on our local Facebook page, we called them first thing the next morning. We were given a time that James would arrive and he called us when he was on his way (at the time we were given). He got our door repaired in a timely manner and we are very pleased with his work. If you ever have a problem with your garage door, do not hesitate to call them. Great people to do business with.

Jim came out twice and said he couldn't troubleshoot a $50 fix and tried to sell me a whole new garage system for $600-800 on a new garage. Tried to say garage was old, it was not and has warranty.

Called door doctor and it was simple sensor wiring that even i could have fixed myself. Interesting he couldn't fix that the two times he came out. WOULD NEVER RECCOMENDED.

Jim was very polite, did great work’ made sure all the little details were taken care of. He cleaned everything up when he was done and hauled away old door, and opener. We would recommend using Jim , if you need a new garage door or repair work on existing door.
