Easy, quick, and caring for someone like myself with mobility issues. They do need to do better with how they book bus travel. They ended up picking up too many people before they got to us, and people with tickets could not get on. I'll also say they need to upgrade the busses a bit. Other than that it was a smooth service.

My fiancee and I have been using their services for years now. With their service is a hit or miss. Let me explain a little about that. Well, there are times they do not have ac working and the busses be very hot or the bus come super packed, which gets people upset because why would you put your baf on a chair like your bag needs to take a sit. Other than that, their service is ok. Oh, oh, I love their suprise stops on gas stations cause it gives us a chance to stretch a bit, but normally, they do not stop.

The bus was over crowded. I had already purchased a ticket days prior and still had to fight to make secure my seat. No one speaks English . Bus arrives 15 minutes late

I mean it gets you to a destination for a decent enough price. I'm not sure what people are looking for besides that, you don't like it take Greyhound. Sure the folks running it can be a tad bit rude, or the other passengers have no travel courtesy who the hell cares. Gets me to NYC & back safely, and they run more frequently than Greyhound.
Update: Prices went up a whole $3 but who really cares they rocking & I'm rolling.
