Marcie is amazing! We just returned from our first Alaska cruise and it was amazing! Thanks to Marcie - she helped and advised me every step - from researching the ships and routes that matched our desires to the final check-in. She is knowledge because she has traveled all over and shared her experiences. She was so responsive to my continuous questions and concerns. We didn’t experience any surprises on the cruise. My husband and I decided to go to Central Europe to celebrate our 17 year anniversary! We decided to book our special vacation with Down Two Travel. From the beginning I knew I made the right decision by trusting them . Marcie was the greatest ❤️she answered all my questions. Sent over my itinerary by mail packaged-nicely. She also text me my itinerary on an app that helped us a lot . It was nice opening the app and see what our next adventure was . We started in Budapest . My husband enjoyed the cruise on the Danube river ? Down Two Travel set up for us there. After 2 days we traveled to Vienna! Vienna was my favorite! I loved everything about it ! The food, the people , the Saint Stephen cathedral was beautiful especially from the view inside
The south tower . After celebrating at Plachutta a Viennese restaurant. We left Vienna to Prague! We both love this place the architecture was unreal! Totally out of this world! A must see! So trust Down Two Travel to book you an unforgettable vacation. Lots of memories made!

I can’t say enough about “Down Two Travel!” Our travel agent, Marcie took care of everything and didn’t miss a beat. She truly added that extra touch of “Aloha” to our Hawaii trip. What I especially appreciate was once we were there, I thought I could do it on my own, but I needed her help and she was only a phone call away. In an instant she took care of everything! The only thing we had to do was relax. Excursions- amazing, view from our room- breathtaking, food recommendations- mouthwatering! Beautiful 2 week trip to Alaska!! (a bit rainy the 2nd week, the 2 worst days we luckily only had Hiking planned). My favorite was Skagway and the train (did 8 hour but honestly the 1st half of the train was the best! (return was via bus)) We had rented a car prior but seriously IF anyone is on the fence train is better than renting a car IF you're only going to Alaska once. Marcie was absolutely amazing with pre-trip planning!! Already have our next cruise booked for next summer!

Marcie is THE BEST travel agent I have ever worked with. She reached out to me on a Facebook travel group after I asked a question about a trip I was planning, and I am so glad she did. I have recommended her to our family and friends, and we are all lucky because she is amazing at what she does. She is knowledgeful, organized, thoughtful and detailed. She makes the best recommendations which are tailored to you party’s wants and needs. She sends reminders, makes bookings/reservations, and ensures you meet any travel deadlines so you don’t miss out on anything. On the last cruise my family took, she sent us the printed paperwork and a fun care package with included prelabeled ducks my kids could hide on the ship. She is the best 10000000%.
