We loved walking around downtown Santa Barbara. Feels like Spain ! They even have a paseo !
The Spanish atmosphere is GREAT we also enjoyed the many shops and restaurants.
A definite must do visit on the West Coast.

Can park your car at one of parking lots and walk around. I parked my car for 5hrs and fee was $6. Many restaurants and shops.
