Elisa helped plan and coordinate a week and a half vacation to Miami and Orlando Florida. Our group had 9 people who arrived and departed on different days so we were not a super easy group to work with. Elisa helped with hotels, Disney World and Universal Studios park tickets, and meal reservations at the park.

We had no problems during our vacation, except two of our group had their flight delayed a day due to a grounded plane. Even though it was a Saturday, Elisa helped coordinate with us and the hotel to ensure they didn't lose their reservation.

Great Excellent . One of the best experiences I had working with a travel agent . Right from the first conversation where we were still not sure whether to go with an agent or not she was really helpful . Giving the right suggestions and the perfect I ternary for our trip . What is really loved about her is she never tried to convince us for anything be it onsite or genie plus or memory maker or the dining plans . She just told us the pro’s & con’s of everything and left the decision to us . We had travelled on March 8th and had made all the booking just less than a month before . When the whole world was trying to make us feel that it’s too late there comes Elisa with all the possibilities. I could see how much she really loved her job and how passionate she is . Looking forward for more collaborations in for our future trips .
