A trip of a lifetime and Wendy and her team made it happen.
When we first looked into finding an agent to help plan our trip, we were told by two separate companies that the 'itinerary' we wanted was not possible. After speaking with Wendy and working out some of the details, she made it possible! Our busy schedule provided little wiggle room, but she helped make it work for us. And it turned out AMAZING! Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book their next vacation!

My family and I planned on taking a vacation where both our boys and us could enjoy. After speaking with Wendy Montebello, she recommended a 7 day cruise to Mexico on the brand new Carnival Panaroma. She was absolutely amazing with all the details of the trip. She basically drew a guideline so we can have the maximum fun and enjoyment as a family since this was our very first cruise. Getting reservations and pay was very easy. Wendy was on top of everything with personal calls and text to remind us about boarding. She is a definite pro! On our boarding day, as soon as we were on the ship, I received a text from Wendy to see if we got on okay. She wished us an amazing trip. My family and I had an amazing time. Everything Wendy motioned was on point. All the Do’s and Don't, where to go, what to see, what to eat and how to get around our destinations made our family vacation an unforgettable experience. On our last day as we disembarked the Panaroma, once again I received a text from Wendy to see how our trip was. I highly recommend dream vacations with Wendy Montebello. Now I understand why some people choose to book with an agent rather than spending hours on line for a deal that never goes as planed. Specially because her pricing is the best I found! I would recommend using Dream Vacations, Montebello & Associates to book all your cruises. Wendy took care of everything and made it extremely easy for all of us, including my 93 year old father. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the ships, destinations, excursions and is very generous in sharing it all. Look no further for a travel agent! Wendy literally saved our trip- we realized my husbands passport was expired on the way to the airport, and Wendy helped us miraculously get a same day passport and make it on our amazing vacation!!! We wouldn’t have all of these incredible memories without her help!
