I'd give this place 20 stars, if I could. My husband was sent to Mt. Vernon for work, and I tagged along with him, so I spent a lot of time in the hotel. Every single employee was SO nice. I was greeted every time I entered the lobby, breakfast area, or just passing in the hallways. The entire hotel was very clean. There were lots of options at breakfast, and they have a "kick back" every night, which is free dinner and drinks. We couldn't eat much from the kick back because we have a red meat allergy and most of the options were beef or pork, but what we could eat was great, especially the mac and cheese! SO GOOD. I never felt unsafe outside at night. Hands down the best hotel experience.

We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. It was newly renovated and super clean. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We particularly enjoyed the evening "kickback" which is really a full meal with cocktails. The breakfast was also hot and plentiful. The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and seem like they actually enjoy being there. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely love this hotel! This weekend we took the kids and our two small dogs for a little weekend staycation.. (love that they’re pet friendly) Staff was great! Brandon is absolutely wonderful! He did an amazing job this past weekend when all the tornado warnings were going off! I have bad storm anxiety and was doing my best to keep my kids calm… but he kept me calm and was quick to help me with all my questions and concerns. Very kind. When we arrived our room was spotless. Breakfast was good! Kids enjoyed swimming at the pool. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

My husband and I were on a road trip to Florida and stayed here for our first stop. We had their complimentary dinner and drinks which were very good. The room was very nice and clean . The bed very comfortable. In the morning we had their complimentary breakfast which was very good. Coffee was great . Very important for me. Staff was friendly..

We stayed there this past weekend. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They have a great complimentary breakfast as well as snacks and drinks during Happy Hour. We'll be going again this coming weekend. Restaurants were also close by however we chose to not go. It's really a good place when you have to be away from home.

Highly recommend the Drury inn at Mt.Vernon. we stayed with several adults and children. The hotel is very accommodating for large families and very child friendly. The staff are very friendly and the hotel was very clean and updated. The extras included with your stay are great too (breakfast, kick back/light dinner). The pool goes indoors and outdoors (heated) and then there is a hot tub. Our family really enjoyed swimming.

Top of importance. CLEAN!! The room was clean and smelled fresh. We were in the hot tub/pool area. It was clean and had plenty of clean pool towels for use. For breakfast, there was a large selection of fresh food. The lady keeping the breakfast area clean and filled was very friendly and outgoing. She gave the morning a bright beginning.

Holy cow! Called ahead to make a reservation that same day. Was easy to set up and when we arrived it was easy check in. The two front desk people were amazing! We were filled in on everything t they had going on including the kick off party, and morning breakfast. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable and soft. Breakfast was honestly surprisingly. Wide selection of food available. 10/10 will stay here again.
